Staff - super friendly, accommodating and the housekeepers are always cleaning your room when needed (use the door signs to specify if you want it cleaned or not to be disturbed, will save you the hassle), ask if you have any questions at reception and someone should be able to help you Location - pretty good location for going places within the city (get the grab app and grab cheap taxis or bikes etc) - street food on the street and around the block. (Very easy to navigate as the roads are pretty straightforward, just follow Google maps) - ATMs nearby including a 7/11 where you can get a SIM card for data that will save you roaming costs - it's not too close to the city, where it's super noisy, nor too far away where you have to travel for a long time. Just on the sweet spot 😁. Definitely recommend the grab app to give you estimations of traveling places including guestimates on tuk-tuks. (Tuk tuks may cost a little more since they usually are faster than private taxis because of how they filter traffic lol) Facilities -we stayed in a good sized room with nice private bathroom and toilet (supreme double room). Had a couple of Thai channels on TV, the WiFi you can catch everywhere and it's free with good speeds from our experience. Nice waiting area downstairs where it's cool if you're waiting for your cab or just chilling. - Aircon is great from the room we stayed in and it felt amazingly cool Price - prices are really good for what you get overall, we'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in for a short-mid time from our experience. It's our go to since its a short cab to the station that goes straight to the airport 👍🏽. Treat the staff well, kind and with respect and they'll treat you even better 😊

Only issues were minor and close to not worth mentioning but ; - the water doesn't get very hot (but this isn't an issue as it's hot in general and a cool shower feels great) - TV doesn't work when it rains (but that's just a natural issue of TV antennas in the city)

Location is close to the places we would want to go. Staff is kind and accommodated us on our request. Room is big and spacious too.

The lift is up to 5th floor only. Our room is at the 6th floor so we have to take the stairs to our floor. The TV would be nice if it was connected to the internet so we can watch netflix or youtube as some of the channel has thai channels only and without english subtitles.

Its located at a very good position for those who want an "Old Bangkok" experience and the modern Iconsiam mall. In the heart of Thonburi, the local wet market is just 5 minutes away. Take a morning walk around the area for some local breakfast treat (b4 10am) otherwise Iconsiam (10am or after) is only 8 mins motorbike taxi ride. BTS wongwian yai is about 15 mins walk or 5 mins motorbike taxi ride. In the evening, the street gets a turnover of new streetfood stalls just 5 mins walk away you might come across the ever popular glass noodles prawn/crab, pad thai or "pad si you" or further down for one of the best Teo Chew Style Braised Duck Rice/noodles. For those looking for a mix of authentic local experience and modern shopping experience Thonburi, Wongwian Yai and its surrounding has a quite alot to offer, the brave ones I mean.👍

All is good

The location and the value of the price of the room. It was affordable, water is delivered everyday, and cleanliness is observed.

First is that my room has a shared balcony. I didn't know at first, I only knew when someone knocked on my balcony door. Second is that the air conditioner, spills water droplets when turned on.

Nice and clean place , you get more for what you pay. Close to Siam Icon mall and is located in a very original Thai neighborhood. Has a pizza company at ground level that closes at 02:00 am very convenient when you come back from strolling around. Rooms are perfectly clean with new tv and good AC. Very friendly staff at reception

All was good

The room was a good size, bed was good, bathroom was good too.

There was a smell in the bathroom probably coming from the piping. The lobby was not like the picture online, the table were not the same, they were way older and not as nice as the pic.

I like the service of the staff, especially the guy in the front desk that assisted us. The room is clean. It is very accessible to any transpo, especially bus. It is close to restaurants, 7 eleven, and local market.

As our room was facing the main road, the noise insulation from the traffic was not as good... Otherwise it could be perfect...

Have self service laundry walk away ~750m, train station ~800m. many shop nearby and easy access for taxi. many massage center nearby and very friendly staff.

no self laundry in the hotel. and train a bit too far for kids to walk. tuk tuk overprice for nearby location

The staff is absolutely wonderful, always friendly and smiling. AC worked well & the shower was hot.
