Lovely place, highly recommended. I read the reviews about the beach before and indeed it is not the most pristine beach to relax, HOWEVER I also read that their swimming pool makes up for it big time and they were right! Lovely pool, plenty of loungers and great service all around. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food delicious. Their Soto soups are fantastic. The location is a bit out of town, but they offer scooter rental at low prices so I would say rent one and explore. Will book again if I come back to Flores.

The location, the free airport pick up and the staff were amazing.

There was a very large wedding at the resort while we were staying there. At no point did any of the staff or management advise us this was happening. We were not permitted to use the pool for 1 day which was also not advised prior or during check in. ON the day of the wedding the staff advised the music would stop at 10pm….but in fact it continued well after 11pm. A member of my group had to go down to the staff and complain. We were not guests of the wedding and we were very disappointed that when we booked we were not advised about the wedding reception being held at the resort. This should have been a common courtesy. We also booked boat rips that left well before sunrise and to be kept awake with music late at night was dreadful.

We stayed in a homestay on Komodo Island, and the host was also our guide. It was a truly unique and authentic experience. We got to see local life in Komodo Village first-hand, something you can’t get on big tours or cruises. The homestay owner and our guide Jhuna and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food was homemade and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our host showed us all the main sights of the island, including a guided trek through Komodo National Park. We saw Komodo dragons of all ages and sizes — even a massive one over 2.5 meters long. And even saw two dragons during mating behavior (almost!). We also visited the beautiful Pink Beach and climbed to a stunning viewpoint. The next day we went snorkeling — swam with a baby shark, saw lots of colorful fish, and explored a coral reef. Our guide took great care of us and even accompanied us back to Labuan Bajo. In just two days, we saw and experienced so much. It was a real, personal adventure — far better than any luxury cruise or one-day tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly connect with the island and its people.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable with a view of the pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is out of the main part of town so not walking distance to shops. They provide a shuttle bus service twice a day if you would like to visit restaurants and shops.

We did not swim at the beach as it was a bit rough with lots of drift wood in the water and on the shore. It was still nice to walk to and interesting to walk along.

It's a fantastic place—no more, no less. Room 502 had a great view of the sea, park, and pool from the balcony (smokers-friendly). The hotel is clean, and the staff is terrific. Kind, friendly people and fantastic nature. The hotel had better access to the beach (with the best sunsets than in Bali). The staff helped us organize a great trip to Komodo Island with additional snorkeling. I will recommend this place. It is worth visiting. It was a fantastic adventure. We would love to come back here.

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and big shower. Breakfast good variety. Staff friendly and welcoming. Gardens are very pretty and well maintained. Beachfront - didn’t get in the sea. Pool clean and good size. Good amount of sunbeds.

Needs some updating. Housekeeping arrive very early - got woke up 8am to clean the room. Will need transport to get the main centre - grab bike is available. The hotel offer a car service, but at a higher price.

It is a bit far from downtown but we rent a scooter so it wasn't an issue for us, we enjoy the fact it was quite. Nothing else to say, it was lovely

The bed was so comfy and the hotel was beautiful! Everything was clean, the pool area and gardens were so nice and well maintained the whole place is quiet away from the city noise. Breakfast was included and had a big of choice of food and drinks. Airport pick up and drop off was included and very appreciated. The staff were helpful whenever they could, always smiling and polite. It was really quite good value for money, my kids loved the pool and I would probably stay again even having to pay high transport costs.

It was too far away from the town centre, shops and restaurants for us. You couldn't walk to anything nearby, just a simple local warung at the front for water and maybe some packets of snacks. The hotel offers a free shuttle into town but it is only at 6pm and drops you back to the hotel at 9pm. Not really suitable when you have kids that want to go to bed. The local transport was quite expensive too. We organised to use the hotel shuttle earlier to go into town for dinner it was 150k rp (1 way into town) we were told it would be 20 mins wait, it ended up being over an hour due to it being delayed picking up at the airport.

We wanted to rent a scooter, the staff told us to go down the street they didn’t want to call someone. Remind you it was 8pm and dark. So we had to walk 10min in the dark to get a scooter. Every other place we stayed they always organized a scooter for us, so we are just not used to it.

The hotel.has free shuttle bus which pick and drop you to airport and to down town every evening during your stay in the hotel. The beach is just in front of.the hotel which you can walk and do sun bathing there if you wanted but I am not sure about swimming in the beach because the water too brown maybe because its too shallow. We stay in room with balcony so every morning we sat in the balcony and admire the beauty of ocean view. The room so comfortable and the staff are all friendly. You walk to main road and they have local shop which they sell beer bintang

The location of hotel is far away from town hence they have free shuttle bus which take you there every evening, if you want to order taxi you have to order through receptionist, when we entered our room, there are few minor mistake we found, like.. they just supply 1 robe, 1 pair of slipper, 1 chair in the balcony for double room, one of lighting in our childrens room is not working. When we complain.its takes lots differents staff to fix the mistake. They do need abit proper training but after all they all quiet helpful staffs
