The breakfast options were outstanding, offering a variety of choices from traditional Arabic dishes to freshly prepared omelettes, vegetarian options, pastries, and toast. Everything looked so delicious, and I’m confident my husband and kids would have thoroughly enjoyed it if they were with me. As a light eater, I personally loved the cinnamon swirls, halawa, and the tea and coffee, which were excellent. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, complemented by a lovely atmosphere and an amazing staff who were always ready to help. A special thanks to the Asrar Restaurant team including Iman, Qasim and the Manager/Supervisor for being so accommodating, kind and finding me a quiet spot to study when I needed it. Their kindness truly made my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering everything you might need. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail when the cleaning staff literally replaced my toothbrush daily and anything I used was replaced and ensured the room was tidied and cleaned every single day. The Women Only Spa was an absolute highlight! With complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and more, it was a perfect escape from daily family life. I treated myself to a gold hammam with a massage and was blown away by the experience. The private hammam pods offered complete privacy, and the attentive staff especially Amira made me feel like royalty. From the personalized service in the hammam to the relaxing private massage room and the serene waterfall lounge, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The spa also included separate facilities for men on another floor so we had a whole floor just for Women, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience for everyone. Additionally, there was a salon where you could get everything done; facials, hair, nails you name it.

Nothing was negative! However, I would suggest having designated meeting rooms with single desks, that can also be used for private study, catering to those traveling for work or study, not just for group meetings. While the Asrar Restaurant Manager kindly allowed me to use the business room for a day free of charge, it would be great to have a dedicated space for this included. Alternatively, the spa's relaxing room could have been an option but I mainly studied in my room or the Cafe. I also didn’t notice any printing facilities, but I didn’t inquire about them either as I didnt really need it but may have if I had to done some emergency work tasks. An absolute gem and oasis at the end of a sandy, hot and brilliant tour of Jordan. Exceptional and amazing value. Constant surprises and little things like the free mini bar, outstanding breakfast and the incredible spa. Recommend the Moroccan bath! Staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. Uber really easy to use to get around. Breakfast box was provided when checked out for airport. Airport only 30 mins away! Shower amazing and bed was sooo comfy. A MUST stay on an Amman visit. The cafe is worth a visit too for dinner - amazing fresh pizza, salad and milkshakes.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reviews I had read prior to booking were spot on—this place is truly fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully lit, and impeccably designed with attention to every detail. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into providing even the smallest of comforts. Nothing was overlooked. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!

The hookah pipes in the restaurant are a problem. We could not use the Cafe because there were so many smokers and had to eat most meals outside the hotel . Even in the breakfast area in the morning people were smoking the pipes, choking out the oxygen. Recommend only the Cafe be used for hookah and the second section be strictly non smoking.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing assistance with everything I needed. The café, Asrar, had a comfortable atmosphere and served delicious food. Breakfast was delightful, and I truly enjoyed the charming area. I liked everything about my stay; however, my room was on the highest floor facing the street, so I could hear some car noise, though it wasn't too loud. The reception staff, including Mohammad and his colleague, were professional and offered all the information and assistance I needed; they were wonderful.

Only the elevators need more attention.

It was superb. Everything was spotlessly clean, the furnishings were nicely styled and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in, in years - the sheets were such good quality. The breakfast was fantastic- so much variety and extremely fresh. We visited the spa twice and enjoyed a swim in a warm pool, a dip in the jacuzzi,, and time in sauna and steam room - very realxing. The staff were very attentive and always doing their best to help. Anwaar on reception was very helpful

The staff were cheerful, room was large and very clean. They gave us some refreshments in the minibar on the house, and helped us find a rental car, guided us to good places to eat etc. The breakfast was very very good, the best we’ve had in Jordan

The kettle in the room was dirty, so I asked room service for 2 glasses of warm water, got charged 5JD for “hot tea”. Was a little disappointed about that.

The customer support, location and hotel facilities customer experience , Ammar provided all information and great customer support. Even I stayed for one night I had flight in morning they packed my breakfast .
