The staff is so welcoming from checking in and checking out.I walked into the room and it did not smell like a hotel. It was really refreshing, many hotels I have stayed in smell damp. The queen bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The shower towels are big too and wrapped great on me. I asked staff for information and I was provided with the best. thank you. only this I was bummed about was free breakfast ☹️ it going through a remodel but I was fine with that. the Keurig coffee maker made up for it

Staff was great! Manager, front desk and housekeeping were fantastic!

The facility had a broken ice machine. Staff did find solutions for guest by buying bags of ice. However, I feel the company let down their staff by not fixing the ice machine in timely manner. I was there for 5 days and the ice machine was broken my entire stay.

Covid-19 has proven to be a non-factor for dining. Hot food products should be provided again for breakfast. The room was very clean except the carpet which was very stained and transferred dirt to my socks. The side door entrance lock malfunctioned every day even after having cards rescanned. Had to walk around to main entrance each time.

Comfy bed , nice room, breakfast, friendly staff

Had small crate, with small dog. Charged me 75.00 for 1 night just for dog.never have i paid more then 25.00 Shower was all patched up and needed some tlc

The blackout shade leaves no gaps for light to come in. With the comfy bed and pillows, I had the most restful stay.

Facilities like laundry and gym are closed due to Covid, which means you have to go to the public laundromat. Glad they’re being cautious, though.

I liked the rooms they were very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t liked that the pools were very dirty and non functional but in the website they look clean, I mainly booked this hotel for the pool I was very disappointed it wasn’t available.

When I had checked in, the reception desk to my understanding said that I would receive my room at $50.00, because I had stayed there 1 month prior. To date I have not seen any adjustment on my credit card for the price of the room.

Breakfast was Great, the Hotel was easy to locate and Close to all the locations we needed to visit.

That I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool due to my busy schedule 😒

The staff was friendly, the beds are comfortable, easy access to parking on premises, and the complimentary breakfast is good.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke

Had nice assortment of muffins, breakfast bars, cereal, juice and other items. Bed was very comfortable and nice pillows, sufficient towels and nice toiletries.
