Where do I start. I loved the location, it was peaceful and surrounded by farm land. I loved getting and looking out of the window at all the different types of hens and cockerels each morning . Two air balloons on our last day. The friendly welcome from our host. Lovely cake waiting for us in our room on arrival and something different each day with our super selection of tea and coffee. The super sized clean and stylish bedroom with a huge modern bathroom with separate bath and shower. Loved the tiles. Good pressure and fast hot water from the shower. Breakfast was great. Beside a tasty full English with fresh farm eggs the fresh fruit and yogurt was wonderful. This is a gem, I really want to return soon.

For us there was nothing you could possibly not like

The host, Liz, is a thoughtful host, providing a generous full English breakfast with good choices that met our different preferences. She was reassuring when we phoned to say that we were running later than anticipated for arrival. The room and bathroom were spotless with all that we required. The farmhouse is at the centre of a working farm, set in idyllic countryside with lovely views and the sound of birds and chickens and sheep in the field. Being at least half a mile down a narrow lane, there is no sound from the busy road south out of Petworth. Excellent when you have a car. We would highly recommend Kilsham Farm and happily stay again when opportunity arises.

It was peaceful we had a lovely large room.and large bathroom well.looked after and breakfast was excellent lovely room where we had breakfast and could watch the woodpecker on the bird feeder, we were late back on the 2nd night due to going to our daughters wedding and lamps were put on in our room for us to come back to thought it was a lovely touch

Nothing it was perfect

The room and en-suite was excellent and the little touches such as fresh milk for the tea and cake in the room appreciated. It was lovely to see the chickens, sheep and ducks on the farm with lovely surrounding views. The hosts including the two dogs were very friendly and the cooked breakfast superb. The local pub is a 10 minute walk.

Nothing springs to mind

Kilsham Farm is in an attractive rural location within the South Downs National Park. There was a good selection of options for breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable and very spacious.

The very warm welcome, lovely surprise of a slice of homemade cake upon our arrival. Selection of tea and coffee with the bonus of fresh milk. Large bedroom and bathroom with everything you might need, plus beautiful rural views. Great breakfast, many thanks, Liz

It is great staying on a farm, specially this one, Farmyard noises, chickens, birds sheep and owls make this place very special, Great for exploring coast and downs. Lovely breakfast.

Having to come home !

This was a amazing place to stay. A beautiful traditional farmhouse, super comfy with a warm welcome. Excellent modern facilities, massive bedroom & bathroom, a fabulous breakfast & I slept like a log. Very highly recommended.

You can't fault a place that gets every single thing so right!

Beautiful location, gorgeous house, room is very clean and homely with massive bathroom! Breakfast is delicious with view of birds and chickens outside. The host is so friendly and very welcoming. Great stay, would come back.

There is nothing to dislike about it.

We had a lovely stay at Kilsham farm. liz made us very welcome, we had a large bedroom which was very comfortable. There was a great cooked breakfast and fresh fruit an yogurt. it was in a very peaceful location and we would defiantly stay here again.
