Lovely little place... super friendly staff...comfortable beds... big rooms.. excellent food...pet friendly. We spent one night in that hotel on the way to Poland. We had great Italian food in the restaurant in the evening, slept really well, and had a lovely breakfast in the morning before we left. We will definitely stop there on the way back.

The only thing maybe...the carpark is across the street and not attached to the hotel and not secured, but we didn't have any problems bcos of that. There is no kettle and coffee in the room, but breakfast is served from 7 in the morning downstairs, so no drama 😋 👌

I liked the simplicity of booking the hotel on short notice and the way the check-in was handled. The building has a quaint charm, the restaurant is very good, breakfast was nice, and the staff is super-friendly, and looks after the place very well.

The bathroom is a bit tired and the single, 80cm wide bed in the middle of the room, is a bit of an unusual thing. I did manage without great efforts to not fall out, but that's more a thing of not being used to than the hotel being poor.

Well presented rooms, very clean. Bathroom looked recently renovated. In-house restaurant was very popular, we dined there and had a nice dinner. The continental breakfast (no hot food) was also good.

No elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If you have large suitcases this can be a bit strenuous. About a 1km walk into old town but pleasant and very walkable.

Friendly, professional staff. Spacious free car park opposite the hotel. Plentiful breakfast with good selection of food and drink. Nice large restaurant that catered for dogs. Lovely location close to a lovely walk into the woods. Clean room and quiet for its location.

Minor silly things like a hole in the bedsheet, but not worth complaining about. It was a nice well run small hotel.

I received a lot of messages for self check-in with links that were not working and in the end was not needed. In one of those messages I also got told to arrive before 8pm and, and that information was also incorrect since after calling the hotel to advise that I was arriving after 8pm they told me that the reception was remaining open until 11pm

Brilliant small Hotel with a very good restaurant! Really enjoyed our dinner there! Very nice and friendly Staff! The room and bathroom was great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and so was the coffee! Location was good too with easy and quick access to the motorway and parking which was important for us. Also very quiet and close to the town centre, nice walk by the river and bars serving good cocktails! ;-)

We were on the top floor. No lift so had to lug our motorcycle luggage and riding gear up 6 flights which after riding 6 hours in 30+ degrees was unwelcome. Got an option of Air con room, which the unit was not man enough for the room. It made no difference so ended up opening all the windows to create a draw through. The car park is across the road and open, so I was on edge all night with the bikes being on view. They were fine though so I worried unnecessarily.

The hotel was close to a public bus stop so it was easy to get to from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with added lounge room. The breakfast was excellent, great coffee and plenty of tasty things to eat. We like to walk and it was about 35 minutes to stroll to the centre of town and well lit if you're out late. Or the nearby bus will get you there in no time. Good security and after hours access.

No complaints, just a reminder that there is no lift.

The only small inconvenience was that it takes around 20–30 minutes to walk to the city center.

Smallish room with no view. About 20 mins walk to the centre but we knew about this and it was reflected in the price. You need a car to explore the area. No kettle.
