Location is good, nice ambience, staff are marvelous

Some stains noted on the bedsheet and toilet need more cleaning

The room was nicely done, with all amenities in place. Loved the balcony that gives the room an airy feel. Loved the bedding & pillows, felt like home. Housekeeping came every morning for a fresh sets of towels. Parking bays are adequate and location of the resort is very strategic. For the price we paid, its definitely worth it.

Probably can provide a no disturb notice to hang on doors since the housekeepers tends to ring the doorbell numerous times in the morning. I do need the extra undisturbed morning hours some days.

We loved the location, the hotel was pretty close to the beach. The room decoration was really nice and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The apartment was equipped with everything what you may need.

I would give this place 10 points; However, the terrible noise of the water pumping didn't allow us to sleep. Our rooms were located at the end of the property, and every time we opened the shower or OPENED the amateurs, the bomb outside made a terrible noise and also from the other rooms. They need to fix this ASAP

We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we had stayed at this hotel longer rather than another one close by which we left early. Our rating is based on the quality of the place for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great for the money, no complaints and the overall location...although a little away from the main drag...did not bother us at all ...there are plenty of places to eat and drink to choose from nearby. We liked the pool area...it had a tropical feel to it and very private though quite shallow. We saw a troop of dusky leaf monkeys right there in the bushes on the grounds, just a few metres away from us ... we'd been trying various trips all week to try to see these without success, then we randomly bimble around to the pool and there they are! One of the highlights of our trip.

Strategically located, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and designed artistically. The facilities were always kept clean and the staff readily provided whatever was needed without hesitation. Situated where it was, the hotel was very quiet and private, and the units are arranged so that you and your family have a special place of your own. The greenery and presence of nature around the property was really a nice touch.

It would be nice if there were more events or indoor activities arranged by the hotel for the visitors. Furthermore, I would like to suggest that the pool be made deeper so that swimming would be more comfortable.

I had a wonderful few days in Langkawi and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you don't want to pay more to stay right on the beach, I would recommend considering this property. Breakfast is simple but serves it's purpose. Considering the room rate being charged, I wasn't expecting a 4-star breakfast comparable to a beach front hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. There is access to the public beach across the street from the hotel. The property is quiet, the main beach and shopping/walking area is about a 20-30 walk away if you don't mind walking, or you can rent scooters at shops along the way. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. I personally recommend the Halfway Hut about 10 mins down the road

I stayed on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was quite disappointing especially when the room below was occupied. Even the toilet cannot be flushed out. The water also seems a little brownish.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a room on the upper floor and the balcony was awesome. AC was working correctly. Room had a beautiful decoration.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but unfortunately all you get is a menu where you can choose only one option (ex.: scrambled eggs with one slice of bread). It’s clearly insufficient.

Friendly, helpful service staff, location, ambience (low rise, back facing forest greenery), alfresco breakfast. Location - just off a quiet road, with good & affordable eateries within short walking distance. Close to Tengah Beach, but need to find short cuts (hotels fronting beach seem to try to keep others away, which they probably don't have the right to). Jalan Teluk Bahru is perhaps best route, 500m away. Room has a nice balcony with trees around, giving a nice garden feel. Everything is well provided in the room. The pillows were v comfortable. At reception, can see a number of tour packages at reasonable price. I went on the 3hr Sunset Cruise and it was awesome! Some of the Resort pictures (viewed in Google Map and Booking.com) paint it in poor light. Examples are pictures of swimming pool and other areas taken at night with pitch-black background. Also, the 360° roadside picture in Google Map was taken during it's construction period, which looked horrible. The Resort actually looks v appealing from roadside now. Resort may want to review and update these.

1. Bathroom black wall at shower is not the best color, esp it is also dimly lit. Good to change to brighter or lighter color. The shower holder did not work. 2. The balcony floor was not cleaned from accumulation of debris from trees, etc., as well as rust from metal chairs. PVC rattan-looking chairs will fit much better (and cheaper?), easier to maintain and more comfortable.

The design of the resort is really nice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, AC was powerful, wi-fi very good. Some finishing in the bathroom are not very well done so it makes it look unkept. The pool looks nice, but the water it's not deep enough for swimming, just to cool off. This things didn't bother us, but i write about it, so others will know what to expect. Breakfast was good and varied with things like noodles, fried rice, samosas, pasta salad, potato salad... which might be odd for Europeans, but you can have a choice of eggs done to your preference and of course bread, butter, jam, Nutella, waffles, cakes... Location is good, quiet, about 8-10 minutes walk to Tengah beach and 30-35 minutes walk to Pantai Chenang (quicker with taxi or Grab). We had a great stay and i recommend this accommodation!
