We were travelling with a dog. Poop bins was provided. Lightning on the streets was great to take your dog out late evening. Dogs welcome to the breakfast area. Very clean and quiet place. Parking, great atmosphere and amazing view.

We stayed two nights, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, huge buffet selection and lovely cooked breakfast. We eat in the hotel one night in the bar restaurant, food again was good.

The hotel was a little remote so would need a car as there was nothing close by that you could walk to, although the address says Burford, it is about a 10 minutes drive. It was on a busy road so ask for rooms at the back, there was no aircon so we had to have the window open which meant the room was noisy, however this summer has been usually warm, there was a fan supplied in the room and on a normal evening when you could use the fan with the window closed it would have been fine. Remember it is a very old coaching inn, so expect the old creaking floorboard.

Nice room. Bed was comfortable and duvet not too bad (I dislike very thick synthetic duvets as too hot). Pleasant staff in breakfast room. Convenient location

The aggressive greeting of the owner whose first words to me in a very accusing tone were ‘you only booked your room for one person’. I had booked a few rooms for a group of us attending a wedding and had obviously not noticed I hadn’t clicked 2 people in my room (as I had in 3 others). It was a mistake on my part - but he was not letting me pass go until I had paid up for a second breakfast! Once I’d paid he was sweetness and light. Very bad customer skills in my opinion Also we weren’t able to get a drink in the bar when we arrived back at 9.30!

The room was spacious and airy. Comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom with shower and toiletries. The rooms were all in a row of lovely converted cottages behind the pub. Great food. Big choice of freshly cooked breakfast and a good evening menu. Quiet lounge area to play games. Games available. Great location for visiting the Cotswolds.

Close to the road, so a risk of traffic noise or lights at night. We were fine, but my brother got lights through his windows. Stone floor with just small rugs by the bed. Fine in summer, but could be cold in winter.

First ever visit to Burford and we basked in the sunshine throughout our stay at the Inn for All Seasons. It's a charming setting which provides accommodation of a very high quality. Rooms are beautifully decorated and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, showers were decent and the fans provided in our bedrooms helped us to cope with the incredibly high temperatures in England last week. Breakfast was a high point - great selection of hot options served in a delightful setting with courteous, helpful staff. Highly recommended as a place to stay!

We had dinner in the restaurant - main courses were good but the sweets were disappointing, particularly the strawberries and cream (given that it was on the Specials board).

Absolutely beautiful venue, lovely Inn situated in a lovely location, very convenient yet quiet. Our room was on the ground floor of one of the cottages to the rear of the Inn, perfect as we had pooch with us. The room itself was a lovely size, very clean and had a lovely over the bath shower that was so easy to use and very powerful. We had dinner in the Library and it was just delicious, I had the Chicken Supreme and my Fiance had the Pork Belly, he told me it was the best he had ever had!! Breakfast was just lovely, we sat in the conservatory, the selection was amazing, I chose Scrambled Eggs and Smoke salmon which was just lush, Richard had the pancakes and if he could have licked the plate, I thik he would have done so. Staff incredibly friendly and very helpful.

The fact that we hadnt booked to stay for longer.

The bed was simply the best we have ever slept in. So comfortable we never wanted to leave it and would have taken it with us if we could have! Simply the best night's sleep ever. Breakfast was also spot on. Stunning location overall and wish we could have spent longer exploring as it was a last minute booking.

We paid for the 'superior' room and yes we had a lovely room with a comfortable bed however there were water damage areas to the room where there have been leaks and so yellowing/peeling wood. We appreciate it is an old building but felt this should be noted though am sure will be rectified.

The Inn has a lovely atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. We wanted a relaxing night away and certainly got that. The lady at reception upon arrival was lovely and helped us with a local walk...her directions were spot on to where we landed up through farm lands. The room, no 4, was cozy and well decorated - might add here, a shelf of some sort in the shower would be a good idea and something to put a suitcase on in the bedroom would be handy...not a complaint just a suggestion 😀 We had dinner in the pub which was very tasty and well presented...high light was the sticky toffee pudding to finish it all off. Breakfast was delicious with friendly staff serving. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely be back

Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast served in a pleasant conservatory with table service. Very good breakfast cooked to order, such a nice change from help yourself buffets and fast food. It was nice to unwind from our journey in the comfortable bar with an excellent real ale on the night we arrived. Hotel was easy to find and has plenty of parking. Comfortable bed

As others have mentioned, the hotel is situated right next to the busy A40 and as our room faced the road the traffic noise was a little intrusive. Light sleepers should definitely request a room at the rear of the hotel. The bathroom in our room was basic compared to modern hotels, fine for us, but travellers wanting more modern facilities may like to be aware of this.

Beautiful building from the outside. The inside is charming with warm quirky rooms, uneven floors, large fireplaces. Exceptionally clean in all areas. Staff and locals are really friendly, we enjoyed sitting in the bar chatting. Very dog friendly, for an animal lover getting to meet Pepper was by far the highlight of my evening. We had our evening meal in the restaurant, there is a good selection of food available catering for everyone. Our meals were served in a timely manner, we're hot and absolutely delicious. At breakfast there was a selection of cereal, bread for toast, jams, marmalade, yoghurt and fruit. Fresh cranberry, orange and apple juice was available in addition to unlimited tea and coffee. The hot selection was more than adequate. All freshly made, hot and delicious. The staff made us feel very welcome from the very beginning and are a true credit to the place.

Our room was stunning, however the noise from the road is absolutely relentless which meant we didn't have the best night's rest.
