A super kind lady at reception, very accurate even though it was her first day. She explains all things clearly, and is supported with coffee and a parking spot. Btw, the hotel has its own huge parking place for free. The room was small, but very clear and everything was inside. The shared kitchen was also useful,. and washing machine, dish washing machine was in place, very super garden and balconies for each apartment available i guess. My 10 points goes to this awesome place!

Mosquitoes, a little bit far away from Zagreb centre, but since i have a car it wasn't a problem at all.

The main reason I booked the property is that it was relatively close to the city centre, within walking distance, and it had a good parking spot where I could leave my car even before and after the designated check in and out time. The room was very comfortable and all the necessary amenities were provided. Aside from the parking, there was also a common space for eating and/or drinking coffee.

There are not many things that you can not like about this property. It is a relatively straightforward place to spend a couple of nights if you are in Zagreb, not far away from the centre, but the walk up to the building can be quite steep for some.

Check-in was simple and the room was kept very clean and taken care of. The facility housed only guest rooms, so everything was very neat and consistent.

I don't know if it was the "standard", or maybe (I'd hope so) a problem with my room, but it was SO warm inside. And you couldn't adjust it, cause the conditioning system was turned off and you couldn't interact with it. The only thing you could do was to open the window. Not nice.

The location isn't too far from the city center. You can easily walk to the center (of course, for those who enjoy walking). I highly recommend the Zlatno Zrno bakery with its excellent pastries, located at the end of the street (they probably have the best burek in all of Croatia). On the way to the center, it's also worth visiting the Mimice restaurant, where you can enjoy seafood and fish at a very good price (a place in the old style, mainly for local customers). I recommend it.

I've stayed at this apartment 8 times so far, and it continues to impress. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, spotless, and the bed provides exceptional comfort. The heating system is outstanding, ensuring a cozy environment regardless of the weather. The Wi-Fi connectivity is superb, offering high-speed internet access. One of the highlights is the magnificent view of Zagreb, adding to the overall experience. The apartment's modern design, coupled with its proximity to Kvatrić, makes it an ideal choice. Furthermore, the convenience of a spacious, free parking area, with capacity for more than 10 vehicles, adds significantly to the overall appeal of the apartment.

Nice little boutique hotel but without breakfast option. Rooms are cozy and exceptionally clean. Features a nice little balkony as well. Parking is free and right in front. The staff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the location since it's on the hill side, and there is nothing really around. We were on motorcycles, so it's not a big deal, but if you're on foot, it might be a problem.

Room was amazing, it had everything it said it will have, staff was great and helpful, parking was big and it had space (even tho its rocky one, i hope they will make it concrete or asphalt in future). Apartment is on hill but you can use Bolt or Uber since they are really cheap in Zagreb.

SOUND INSULATION! You can hear everything happening infront or next to your room, like the walls were made out of paper.

Room was clean and we liked the private parking which is big space. Bed was also big enough for 2 adults and 1 younger kid.

- bed sheets and toilet smelled of cigarette - every early morning, the housekeeping ladies were talking loudly just right in front of our room (before 8am!) I woke up every morning because of their noise and couldn't go back to sleep as they kept their chat continuing. I was ok with everything else even though it did not met my satisfaction but I couldn't stand the noise at this early morning hour.

Modern apartment house in a very calm neighbourhood, at about 5 minutes walking distance from central tramway lines. Apartment not too large but well equipped. We were in early December there, it was comfortable warm inside. Free parking in the yard of the building.

We had apartment nr 1, this opens from the court side of the building, it is located on floor level. There is a direct exit from the apartment, which could be nice in summer. But in order to save privacy all windows were blinded: that was not so nice.

The property is near the top of a hill. So be prepared to walk up and down it. That said, we were able to take an Uber to old Zagreb for under 10 euros and under 10 minutes, which was fantastic. Great location for that reason. Area is super safe but a lot of graffiti down the hill makes it seem more run down than it really is.

A little hard to find. The sign is small and a really tight turn make it easy to miss
