Lots of space for a family and the facilities were of high quality

Bookings.com were terrible. I will never book with them again. Our stay was cancelled by booking.com (on the day of arrival as we were driving from interstate) with no other options to rebook another apartment, only to find out that it wasn’t cancelled when we called the apartment directly. Car parking through bookings.com was arranged two weeks before the trip but bookings.com did not confirm this with the property. So when we arrived by car from interstate we had no car park.

Plenty of good cafes in the adjacent shopping complex just a short walk from Sky One Apartments

I requested the "highest room possible". I soon received a helpful reply from Booking.com letting me know that Sky One Apartments "is able to meet my request at no extra charge". But - on my afternoon arrival and check-in at the Reception Desk as planned I discovered that I had been allocated a room on only level 6. No explanation or alternative was offered to me in spite of my booking request. Photographs of Sky One Apartments presented on the internet show a tower block of 40 floors. Why was my request in fact ignored and without explanation?

Apartment was large and views were magnificent. Good WiFi. Paid parking available for $25 per night. Reasonable sized bathrooms. Good security. Very close to train station. About a 30 minute trip in to the city.

Parking was on the 6th floor down and it took 5 minutes to get in and out. However better than no parking. Lounge sofa was extremely hard. It needs an update. No water jug in kitchen or any containers for food.

Located close to anything we need. Restaurants, grocery stores and train station just steps away.

One of the bedroom has no Aircond/heater. The bathroom in the en-suite master room is too big for the size of the bedroom. Despite the size, there is no space to place clothes in the bathroom. It would be better to make the bedroom larger.

Great location. Lots of facilities including an indoor lap pool and a gym. Room was spacious and clean. Great service at reception. Noted the negative reviews but my experience was very much positive.

Given that it is part of a residential tower, waiting time for the lifts can be rather long. And also, make sure you look after your key fob. Losing them will subject you to a hefty penalty.

Stunning apartment, room size was awesome especially with the little one needing to race around and burn energy, staff were great and helpful, understanding, felt I got a good deal and very much value for money, Incredible views.

Carpark was extra and wasn't aware of until I got stuck in it and I had issues trying to get the washer and dryer to work as they were turned off at the fuse box, found them kind of loud right in the middle of the living area and had to leave doors open as the exhaust fan was not working.

Due to the flight delay, we didn't check in until almost 1 a.m. After contacting the hotel, the staff waited for us until very late and helped us check in smoothly. We are very grateful and touched by their assistance. An ideal place to stay with convenient transportation, plenty of nearby food options, a clean and hygienic hotel, excellent service, and a thoughtful, human-centered approach.

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the Box Hill shopping district, offering unbeatable convenience and easy access to shops and restaurants.

The facilities in the room could be checked more thoroughly — there wasn't a full set of cutlery. However, this wasn't an issue for us as we enjoyed all our meals at the nearby food court and restaurants.

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I was upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom corner suite with views of Melbourne & Doncaster. Skyone is new & well designed & the lap pool was heated.

The only criticism I have is that my apartment was not clean on my arrival. There were crumbs & debris on the floor & couches & the benches were streaky. Because I had been upgraded to such a fantastic suite, I didn't complain & just cleaned it myself. The corridors also had built up dust / dirt lining the edges of the hallway. Their cleaner / cleaning contractor really needs to be audited, better still replaced.

Great location. Right next to a range of restaurants and Box Hill Central which has more food places as well as markets to buy meat and produce. Has a secure carpark that you can use at a cost per day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and has a small balcony for some fresh air.
