Our stay at K.K. Park Resort was just what we needed for our trip to Khao Sok National Park, and we highly recommend it. While the room was basic, it was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for the price. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views—especially the sunrises and sunsets—made our stay truly memorable. The family who runs the resort was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel genuinely welcome. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious homemade breakfast. It was a simple yet relaxing place to stay, perfectly suited for exploring the beauty of Khao Sok.

The views from the resort were breathtaking. Fantastic place to stay if you want to be surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. The owner of the resort is a lovely person. We got the chance to chat for a bit and she was nice enough to help us with organizing the transport for our next destination in Thailand. Breakfast was super tasty. Amazing scrambled eggs! Also there was a lovely very friendly cat and a great common space with some board games, we liked it so much that we spent both of our evenings before sleep there, to play games, have a drink and pet a cat :) Thank you for the lovely stay.

The owners are super friendly and warm. You can feel it's a family business because it's super cozy and the food they cooked was delicious and authentic. The rooms are comfortable with an amazing view. The resort is located in middle of nowhere, that makes it calm. There is a shop next to it so you can also get the most important stuff there. You can rent motorbikes there, which makes the stay there much easier. We where super happy to stay there and would definitly return again!

It's in the nature so you have to be aware that there are a lot of insects:) we weren't disturbed by it but it's good to know.

Nice hostel dorm with no bunk beds, every gets their own curtained off area. Beds were super comfy. Staff is very helpful for booking tours of the national park and also onward transport. Onsite restaurant is also pretty good, as the location is quite far from the town center. They even offer free pickup from the bus stop.

During my stay there were hundreds of large and small flying bugs that swarm the lights at night. It was a strange phenomenon because many would die soon after. There is a big outdoor light above the window, and many of these bugs ended up making their way through cracks in the window and falling on me when I was in the bed below the window. I had to switch beds because of this. I think some work to seal any cracks in the window would solve the problem.

Stunning views! The room was clean and had everything we needed — kettle, hairdryer, and a mini fridge. The A/C was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was decent. Loved waking up to the amazing views right from the bed. Simple, but fully equipped and comfortable.

The room feels quite outdated. There were visible cracks in the walls, and the plaster was peeling from the ceiling. The blanket didn't have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic. Overall, the room could really benefit from a renovation. Rates are on the higher side for the condition. You'll also need transportation to get around

We had such an awesome stay!!! The room was huge and super comfy, with two big double beds – perfect for me and my friend. The views were absolutely stunning, with so much greenery all around, and the rooftop restaurant made everything super easy. The staff was amazing – super nice and always ready to help us out. They even got a motorbike delivered right to the hotel when we wanted to rent one! Oh, and the dogs around the property? So cute – we completely fell in love with one of them. The area had a really cool, local vibe with lots of little restaurants and kiosks nearby. The National Park was just a short motorbike ride away. The ride was a bit tough, but totally worth it for the views and the experience. Honestly, we loved everything about this place – highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Everything is brand new and high quality in the rooms. Staff is very helpful and their food is also really good, worth to try the restaurant (however leave enough time for eating and enjoy the view: currys takes 40-50 minutes to prepare and still wait extra 20 minutes before you can start eating as it is so hot :). Good location for nearby tours.

As there is no mosquito net on doors/windows we had to sleep in a closed house. It was extreme warm during the night, we had to sleep with aircon turned on at low speed - which is not really comfortable.

One of the best views of any hotel/resort in Khao Sok. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again next time we’re in Khao Sok. Only thing to be aware of is the distance from the main town and the fact you can’t get grabs, you absolutely need to make getting a scooter the first thing you do. Our friends were all staying in the main town where all the restaurants and trips are organised from and it took me and my girlfriend 20minutes to get there. It’s a really nice drive in the day but not so fun at night.

More available scooter hire would be useful rather than having to travel to the main town to get one.

Beautiful location about 20 minute drive from Khao Sok. We were in one of the Mountain View rooms away from the highway noise. The staff was so welcoming and gracious, doing everything possible to make sure we had a pleasant stay. A nice breakfast that included fresh fruit and your choice from 4 different menu items (fried eggs, omelet, and I can’t remember the others). We ate dinner at the hotel twice and it was quite good. I highly recommend the bamboo raft trip the hotel offers that starts at their property. It was magical!

Liked everything!! The satellite TV was not working, but that was a non-issue for us. This is not a luxury hotel, but was very clean.

Nice little family run resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was basic with everything you need eg kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge. The view and settingnwas very beautiful. Toilet was a little small and water pressure was a bit low. Everytime after shower, the whole toilet will be wet. It would have been good to provide a floor squidgy to keep the floor dry as it can be quite slippery when wet. Other than that, all was good.
