Locations was amazing, sleeping in the jungle along the river. Staff are wonderful and we booked local activities through them. We saw/heard so many creatures day and night which was very exciting. Great cocktails in the upper bar.

Because of the remoteness, we ate all meals at their restaurant which was decent but we would have preferred it if they offered a free shuttle/car to the main street and back so we could go the restaurants over there for a change. The beds/pillows are not very soft and one of our kids slept on a bed which was just a mattress on the floor (easy access for bugs). There was room for a bedframe, which would have been better.

How hard to find the right words for this incredible awesome place!!!!! I have been to quite a view places in my life and this is one of the very best. You stay in your own small house on the midst of a jungle. How cool is that? You go to bed, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and you wake up with them. You can watch all the wildlife, birds, monkeys, numerous insects, including lovely butterflies. There is also a river going through the property where you can swim in and once I saw the monkeys take a bath. If you love nature and want to have a nature experience, don't hesitate, go there! They also have three nature trails, where you can walk on your own through the jungle. I walked all three of them and they are very nice. How often do you have the change to walk alone through the jungle? They offer a variety of trips and other things to do and I would recommend all of them. Furthermore they are having an awesome bar and restaurant. I will definitely be back! Keep up your good work!

Absolutely beautiful treehouse in a dream location - it felt like a movie! The treehouse was spotlessly clean and the complimentary incense and mosquito net helped keep the bugs away. I loved the full day lake tour booked through reception and would definitely recommend it. The food in the restaurant was some of the best I had in Thailand!! It was a 10/10 stay.

Staying in the treehouse makes everything you own damp. The bed was consistently damp too. Absolutely nothing to do with the property, and everything to the setting, but it’s worth a mention.

The location is fantastic, the tree houses were amazing (be prepared to be warm at night) but this was expected. The treehouse house had everything we needed for our stay, the view of the river and surrounding areas was wonderful. Hotel arranged for us to go tubing in the river which is great fun and also arranged for a taxi to the ferry port. All staff were helpful. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food was great, we also took a walk in to town one evening where we saw the monkeys jumping from the trees. Overall a fantastic experience, we all loved it.

Beautiful accomodation at a perfect spot in the jungle. The staff is very welcoming an helpful. The service in the restaurant is top! I really like the refilling of water instead of the loads of plastic bottles.

Although it is in the forest, I would have wished to have less animal feces in the rooms coming from the wooden beams during the day and night (maybe from geckos). The staff at the reception was partly more into selling and convincing than just offering. I found it a little disrespectful to switch from English to Thai to the staff colleagues during a conversation and leaving me uniformed.

Very beautiful hidden gem in nature surrounded by the sounds of wild life wonderful atmosphere very relaxing and fresh breeze from the river we stayed in the mango house excellent 👌🙏

On arrival we checked in reception there were four staff we checked in and they just pointed to the house which we couldn't see being in customer service and hospitality myself I expected to be shown the mango house from one of the staff definitely room for improvement apart from that was a wonderful experience and already had friends asking me about it 😊 will bring my family back for sure 👌🙏

The property was great. Would recommend the nature trails for a little forest adventure. Also you can see a lot of different animals. The room was really nice and clean. Insect nets and insect repellent candles were provided to make the nights more comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Value for price wasn’t the greatest. Especially the transportation seemed quite overpriced. Food also quite expensive for Thailand. Tours were the same price offered by other providers in the town.

Treehouse I had was overlooking the river and had a large spacious balcony to sit and watch tubers or just to sit and enjoy nature.

This was my own fault, but I should have asked more questions regarding getting an onward transfer from Cheow Lan Lake, as I booked the raft house with Our Jungle House. Because I didn't understand the logistics I ended backtracking to Our Jungle House after the overnight on the lake, instead of trying to arrange a transfer to my next destination at the pier.

The commitment to sustainability is incredible, and the treehouses are nestled right in the jungle so you can see monkeys all around and beautiful trees and a river which you can swim in. The tours on offer are fantastic and a brilliant price. The rooms are spacious and clean and the restaurant on site is AMAZING. They even have a massage sala on site. Everything was perfect, if eco travel is important to you this is your place. Even if it isn’t, this is the best spot to stay at!

it runs like a well oiled machine. the organisation is superb. small enough operation to feel immersed in the jungle which is the illusion you are paying for. we came for the full experience and had a three day jungle/lake tour with hammocks jungle cooking, and raft houses. when we returned we swam in the river plus massage and a superb effectively private elephant experience. could not fault any of it including authentic bugs and monsoon rains and monkeys in camp. they are clever enough to give you just a bit more than you are expecting because we all love something for nothing. had my last night at sister operation my jungle camp which was equally flawless.
