Very good price for what you get. A nice room, comfortable bed, free water, coffee and tea. Very private as the rooms aren't too close. Even got to see some monkeys.

My booking said I have free breakfast but the staff said it's not included. At the end we managed to get it but the staff didn't look too happy about it.

I had a good stay overall. I booked the room with a river view — it was charming and very peaceful. The space is quite small, though, so I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays, as there’s limited room or furniture to properly store your belongings. That said, the room is well-equipped and comfortable for a short visit. Still, that was just a small detail — I’m sure there are better places to eat nearby. On a positive note, the staff was lovely. The girl at reception was really friendly and helpful, which made the experience even nicer.

Breakfast wasn’t included, so we tried the restaurant on-site. Honestly, that was the least enjoyable part. Prices were extremely high compared to other parts of Thailand (both north and south), and the quality didn’t match. My partner ordered a mocha (coffee + chocolate + milk) that tasted more like a regular latte — he couldn’t even finish it. And they charged 80 THB for it, which felt excessive for what it was. I wouldn’t have minded paying that if the quality had been better.

Cute little bungalow. The AC runs all day and it's very nice. Bed is comfy. The bathroom is clean. The shower is good. The pancakes are insane.

We thought there would be a discount to book a night on the lake, but there wasn't really. And it's pretty expensive, so budget before coming here. There's not that much to do around here. National park entrance is a 10 min walk from the hotel. The river access from the hotel is pretty dirty. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 AM, and there are not that many choices. No other meal is served, but the restaurants are only a couple minutes of walking.

The jungle huts were a great experience in the middle of the jungle. We saw loads of monkeys and also did their day tour of the lake which was absolutely brilliant and we highly recommend

The room was fine for what we needed although there was a spider nest behind the door (to be expected in the jungle). We also nearly stood on a scorpion (again it is the jungle but not for the feint hearted). Our only complaint was the room could have had a small fridge for water as the room was very humid and breakfast was very limited.

The location was very good for the town. Only a short walk of 5 minutes but far enough away to be away from the noise. Breakfast was not included but there was a good choice on offer at a reasonable price. There were many cafes open for breakfast that provided more choice . Down at the river we were lucky enough to see a troop of monkeys, we were told they are there most days.

When trying to book trips there seemed to be a negativity and even discouragement to purchase them. This seemed strange as all the trips were good. The only meal available was breakfast but the town has an abundance of bars and restaurants.

Location great. Right beside an area of wild jungle, monkeys visited on several occasions. Wonderful jungle sounds both day and night. Jungle huts were basic but functional. Nice balcony sit on to watch and listen. Kettle for coffee making.

Staff were friendly when needed but didn’t go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were there for 4 nights, no cleaning, emptying of bins or water refills - maybe we needed to ask? Shower was not great, way too hot when water heater was on so we stuck with cool showers which was fine for us. No fridge.

The facility was awesome! From check-in, we were greeted well and led to our jungle hut. If you want to see the monkeys from your room, I would definitely request the riverfront rooms. The rooms are not fancy, but they have air conditioning a toilet toilet paper and a shower and the bed was comfortable. (Pictures are accurate ). We could swim in the river with the monkeys that the host said to swim in the middle of the river because there are biting fish in the river. My Husband did get bit. THE BEST part was they arranged for us to stay in a floating resort on Khao Sok. (Reach out through messaging- you can pre-book!!) We had a fan but never missed the AC!! Cold shower before bed and I was ready to sleep! Itinerary for overnight- I recommend private bathroom: Meet at 9:00 am at office - leave big luggage just take overnight bag with you. Transfer by van to longtail boat to your room unpack Lunch about 15 min utes after you get there Free time until optional hike at 4 Dinner was amazing 6:45 for morning safari boat ride Breakfast Pack and leave Cave tour then back to vans. You will go to visitor center and have wrapped lunch. Return to your hotel around 2! Amazing!! Pinch yourself to make sure it’s real!! Book another night at Jungle huts to enjoy Khao Sok!!

Absolutely Nothing we pretended we were on a jungle safari and loved the AC!!! So fun, walked to town to eat, wear a swimsuit and cool off with lunch and swim at the pool in town!

Beautiful unique design of jungle huts, so beautiful and clean and the nicest reception staff lady who is all over the tours and transport. Booked the overnight lake stay a week or two before coming by just messaging the property beforehand and it was incredible. The overwater bungalows were beautiful with a floor window to see the fish below, great tours and food and beautiful location. And delicious well priced brekkie at jungle huts. Also lovely and quiet set just back off the main road in Khao sok.

Nothing. The bathroom has been mentioned in reviews a few times but we didn’t find it to be an issue at all ( a strange set up sure) but drained very quickly and no problems

We had a bungalow in the back of the nice yard, close to the river. A true jungle experience. We loved watching the monkeys playing and trying to grab stuff from the balkonies. The location is close to the mainstreet with lots of good choises for food and drinks. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

The bathroom is a bit old yes, but it didn’t really bother us. It is not luxurious at all, but more authentic Thai jungle experience. The breakfast was a bit poor and I becane ill after eating omelet. It was too raw.

Beautiful location! The balcony over the river was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and well kept. Remember to plug in your fridge when you first arrive to get it cold for your drinks. The stairs to my room were very steep and narrow, which was just fine for me, but guests with limited mobility would be wise to be cautious. I know there are rooms here with easier access. There were a few monkeys around my room but the hotel staff were very helpful in getting me in and out of my room safely.
