Weren’t told about breakfast availability in morning or wifi so couldn’t connect at all and no staff reaponses Found breakfast in morning but then were too late due to having a transfer which was a shame as we were very hungry, not sure why we weren’t informed of this or internet. (Or they could just have an info sheet in rooms with this stuff.) A bit of a walk from restaurants etc. bathroom door very loud and difficult to shut - not fully closed from outside so bugs get in. Shower went cold after 1m of showering. Many plug sockets in our room did not work even when power was on so could not charge supplies before lake visit

No complaints at all!! Everything was great, the perfect jungle experience. The room has everything you need for a great low budget stay. Fridge, coffee, kettle, soaps. Clean and tidy

The only thing that should be mentioned is that the bathroom is kind of an additional area to the room that is open on the ceiling with a net. So there were a few lizards in the bathroom through out our stay. For us it didnt matter and actually made us like the stay more because it was “authentic” for us (the jungle is literally outside the door) so it didnt bother us at all.

Our room was really nice and clean. We had our own bathroom, a desk with some goodies and a mini fridge. Just a perfect little bungalow for a one night stay! A little walk to get to the Main Street but totally fine. We booked the 2 days/ 1 night tour for Khao Sok national park through this hotel and we have to say that we didn’t know anything about the tour! They didn’t really provide any information but we just took the risk. It’s 3000 baht per person plus 340 baht entrance fee for the national park! They book the tour through jungle huts resort (maybe they provide a little more information). The tour was nice and the bungalows are quite luxurious which we didn’t expect at all! So all in all it’s a great accommodation with great services for the national park tours!

As I already mentioned, we didn’t get a lot of information about the overnight tour. When we asked in advance they didn’t answer for multiple days and the answer we got wasn’t really clarifying what is included in the tour. We decided to just book in advance and take the risk!

- very friendly, helpful and good English speaking manager - quiet at night. only a few noises from nature - I was able to leave my luggage there during the 2-day tour, which was taken to the bus stop on the pier after the tour - air conditioning - Wifi - Shower gel and shampoo available - in 13 minutes you are on the main road where there are a few more restaurants - Onward transfer to the next island including luggage transfer well organized - basically clean, apart from a few ants, which you have to expect in the area

- Small animals have fallen from the lamp above one of the beds - a few ants in the room - The 2-day Khao Sok National Park tour was not quite ideal in my eyes. The tour I actually wanted to book was not possible that day. The other tour was rather basic and had a few problems.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the 1 night 2 day tour of Khao Sok with the hotel and it all went so smoothly. The ladies at Bamboo huts were so helpful and arranged for our big backpacks to be transported to the bus for our onward travel. The accommodation in the hotel was basic but we had everything we needed and we were happy with everything. Our accommodation on the lake was amazing, we were absolutely delighted with it and really enjoyed the 2 day tour of the lake

The nature around is absolutely stunning, beautiful. The sounds of a jungle might be scary at night - but that's what we were there for! Amazing experience. The staff is super nice. There is a free breakfast (toasts, eggs, butter, jam, orange juice, tea, coffee, fruits sometimes). If you book a trip from there you get a free night safari (highly recommended!). Also you can borrow trekking shoes for free. There were bathroom cosmetics and bottled water in the hut. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, it's nothing like it. But if you love adventure - this is a place for you!

The location was good, you stayed in a quiet area but still close to the centre. The staff were really friendly and they offered laundry service wich was also good. The ac worked perfectly!

The pillows were a bit too hard so I had some neck pain waking up, but the bed itself was comfortable. There were a lot of insects and bugs in the room, but that’s also a part of being in nature.

Great staff, very friendly, with the cutest dog and cat! Basic rooms with everything you need in, including a hair dryer. 10 minute walk from the main road with lots of choices of restaurants and many different places selling tours and activities (these are cheaper than the hotel providers)

1 hour away from the lake but the hotel can provide transport and trips. Basic breakfast included, however you can buy other breakfast at the hotel for extra charge.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great time in Khao Sok. The location of the accommodation is perfect, a pleasant walk to the restaurants/national park/bars etc..The rooms are basic but great value for money. Naturally there are some insects but due to the mosquito net around the bed you can make sure you don't eat them at night, unless you want to. I can also definitely recommend the tours offered by the accommodation. My girlfriend and I did the 2 day 1 night lake tour which was perhaps the highlight of our Thailand journey. Moreover, we are extremely grateful to the owner of the accommodation. My girlfriend acquired some serious stomach issues the night before we were supposed to go on the tour. In the morning we asked whether it was somehow possible to postpone the trip for one day. We expected that it was not possible on such short notice, however, the owner immediately called the tour agency and informed us that it was no problem. Of course this might not always be possible, but if it is then they are very flexible. Thank you!

Gorgeous outside space and views across the rice fields. Lovely walk nearby and ideal location, 15 minute walk or 5 minutes scooter ride into the centre. Basic breakfast included, which was great value for money. The huts are simple but beautiful.

Some bugs due to the partly open roof in the bathroom. Some noise with music nearby and can hear other residents at times due to huts being close together.
