The best place we have stayed in Thailand. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. When we arrived we were given a complimentary drink and (despite check-in being at 2pm and us arriving at 9am) we only had to wait about 15 minutes for our room to be made up. In the meanwhile we had a coffee and they gave us complimentary biscuits. The room itself was lovely. We had a bungalow next to the river which was great for feeling calm and in the jungle. We saw monkeys opposite and lizards and butterflies. The room is made up well and you’re given waters and coffee. The free breakfast is fantastic. We’re vegan so used to not having many options in a hotel breakfast but they had an entire vegan menu and you can order as much as you like from it. We had coffees with coconut milk, muesli, roast, pancakes…all delicious! And the staff genuinely want you to enjoy and ensure that you have enough to eat. During breakfast you can also watch monkeys play in the trees opposite. We did an excursion to Cheow Lan Lake. I’d recommend this one as it included a lot - trip on a long boat, trek through the jungle, lunch (which again catered for vegans), kayaking and swimming. The hotel provide you a dry bag to take with towels, ponchos, water and a head torch. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The shower is the only minus for the place - it was fine but is basically a wet room and on occasion the water ran a bit brown. Otherwise the room was great and we had somewhere to sit out which was also lovely.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Location is in the middle of Khao Sok so it was easy to get everywhere in 5 min. Cozy jungle vibe houses, we had funny interaction with monkey. Everyone is polite and tries to solve any problem you have.

Bed was not very comfortable a bit too hard. Maybe breakfast could have actual photos of what you could get, since menu is quite short. For me pancakes were the safest option to choose, but it was tasty.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. Felt totally relaxed and safe. The rooms are basic but have all you need and most importantly, were clean. Located next to the river on the edge of the rain forest, its a perfect way to start the morning with a wide choice and plentiful breakfast, with the option of ordering more whilst watching the monkeys across the river. Good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from in such a short walking distance. All the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, booked all our trips and transfers. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day. Huge thank you to you all for such a great stay.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!

The entire resort is very cozy and well taken care of. The room is spacious and comfy with brand-new Aircon. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, on the main street and lots of restaurants nearby. ( I recommend Pawns restaurant nearby, the banana flower curry was the best dish of our entire one month vacation) Breakfast very good too. We enjoyed our stay.

On the first day of arrival we noticed a very strong unpleasant smell of mold in the room which was so intense that it is hard to believe the housekeeping did not notice or care. We spent the first night with open windows. The day after I discovered that the smell came from one pillow and the three red decorative pillows which had definitely been washed but not dried properly and therefore stunk. Out of politeness we did not complain and simply left those pillows outside on the terrace which instantly solved the issue. Since the room had an extra bed we did not need another pillow. The mosquito net had a few tiny holes. We told the owner about the pillows when we left.

Picturesque, loved how it was on the river and super cosy

We were made to feel so welcome in this lovely family run guest house. Staff were friendly and helpful, able to answer all our questions. We booked the day tour to the lake with them as it seems to be the same price whoever you go with (an all day tour 8.30am-5.30pm is the standard day tour). The breakfast was OK and it was great to have drinking water provided. The grounds that the cabins are in are lovely. The location is great, it feels quiet and secluded but it's in the middle of town and right next door to a delicious small restaurant. Without a doubt the best thing was the friendly staff. They made a real effort for my birthday, surprising me with birthday pancakes and candles! I was happy to spend my birthday there.

Really friendly staff who were very helpful with booking my overnight stay on the Khao Sok floating boats even though my bus arrived late to the area. Had some lovely conversations and they were great at their jobs. Loved the huge window in the rooms (floor-ceiling on one wall) so I could look out at the jungle. Very clean, had even sterilised cups for my toothbrush. Really cute chairs and table outside the room, so I could have a coffee or ice cream or cool drink and relax in the evenings. Very atmospheric; when we had a storm meaning I couldn't go out on a trek, I still got to enjoy listening and watching the rain with a good book in a cosy room. Breakfast was delicious, and really good portions and service. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in two different rooms here, and both times at least one window wouldn't lock (it would shut fully, just not lock). The lovely staff tried to fix it but in both cases it was after the time their maintenance support had finished for the day. They reassured me that there has never been any safety incidents, so I would be okay with the window unlocked, and this was true, but it would have been nice if the windows had locked for peace of mind.

A great little find just outside the Nature Park, but still in the middle of the village next to the river. The bungalow was basic but had everything that you would need (kettle, fridge, fan, aircon,safe etc.). It was also spotlessly clean. The staff were really nice and couldn't do enough to help you, including booking trips and travel. The breakfast was great and the position by the bridge was great to sit and watch the monkeys. We would definitely recommend this hotel

It was a wet room shower, so obviously everything got wet when showering. This is a personal preference for an enclosed shower.

A great location for starting a visit to Khao Sok national park. The bungalows are clean and have air con. Plenty of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. (There was actually more here than we expected). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. They arranged our 2 day one night trip to the water bungalows at the lake in the national park - it was so easy we just had to show up, they arranged everything else for us. They even kept our bulky luggage and then dropped it at the lake for us the following day. (1 hour away from hotel) They have a brochure available on check in with all the different trips they can book for you. We booked at 3pm for the next day trip, although it was low season so may differ in high season. Well worth the price.

Really nice Accommodation. The Bungalows and garden are in a really lovely scenery. The food tastes very good and is not too spicy, great for tourists.They have mosquito nets, that's great! The full-day tour to the lake was very nice. The stuff is friendly at all time.

The stuff in the Restaurant could be more organized. Usually they had to ask twice for your order and spent a lot of time on their mobile phones. The beds are a bit hard. Don' t choose the half day Jungle Trekking tour. A man just walks you down the road to the entrance in the national park and guides you on a big way for a while. You can totally do that by yourself, not worth the money.
