I loved the extra services offerred. Did not use the Nordic Spa but it looked inviting Did use the salt water pool - big enough to do laps- and that ihe pool, the sauna,, and the Fitness Center had long hours and helpful staff. There is so much to explore at this bautiful resort: the m;agnificent outddoor area, shops, extra facilities, art , cozy fireplace areas. I used the tram to go to my elegant dinner reservationr at the 7 Glacier Restaurant. Very nice standard room accommodation, Fabulous staff.

Would have been nice to have a hearty breakfast included, exspecially before a hike. However I did like my cream of barley cereal ($6) from the food concession. Would like to return to the Alyeska and would ask that a future "deal "be available for pehaps 2-3 nights and two tram tickets..Make this Alaska treasure a little more affordable for us older folk. I would love to return. Fal is a lovely, less crowded time to be there.

We come from Anchorage for a few days a year to mellow out and relax. The pool is always the highlight of our trip.

The pool has been downgraded to less hours . The cost of staying at the hotel has risen so much (even with the so called Alaskan discount) that we could stay for two nights before and it is getting to the place that one day is more than that now. We are close to being unable to even come one night. Also, there is no information booklets in the room. We had to wander around to see the pool hours, restaurants etc. There was only a two sided paper with room service info.

The staff and facillities were great! The setting was beautiful. The grounds and landscaping lovely. Loved having Tram onsite with terrific views! The building is beautufully decorated and the room large and comfortable.

Even though it was shoulder season, it would have been nice if we had more choices for dining at the resort. With Sitzmark and Boretide both closed it would have been nice if the Seven Glaciers was open. We ate at Forte the first night and the meal was ok. The only other choice was asian sushi, which was not to our taste, so we settled for a pizza in the Forte the second night. I looked up the tram hours and decided to ride up after diiner since it was open until 8 pm. Alas, I ended dinner early to get there only to find it had closed early. If they had advertised an earlier closure I would planned differently. Perhaps close at 5 pm during shoulder season.

Great location. Fantastic dinner at the Seven Glaciers restaurant. Grounds were very nice. Wonderful for walking (in the summer)

Some construction and renovation underway. Room layout was suboptimal. Poor closet space. Insufficient outlets. Bathroom door did not close properly and maintenance needed to fix that.

We loved the Nordic Spa here at the resort. We did the 60 minute massage before the spa and was well worth every penny!

We had dinner at 7 glaciers on the mountain and to be honest it wasn't all that great for the $125 a person. I would just suggest going up and having drinks at the bar. The room was nice but the beds are very well worn. I had the worst 2 nights of sleep because of the bed.

The views are stunning, and it’s got a really cool ski lodge feel. It’s a bit dated and older but everything was very clean. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and kind and every request we had was completed quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the best full service resort in Alaska. Rooms appear to have been updated, hotel is very clean and well run. Food and drinks were reasonable and ski in /out location is great. Would stay here again.

Rates varied by the night but were pushing 800.00 which is high. Nothing else really stands out as a negative.

Beautiful setting.

THere is a weird configuration where the pool access is via the third floor guest room hallway. We could smell the pool smell in our room. Lots of kids running up and down the corridor. Moved to a different floor which was better. Indoor pool was nice but filled with screaming kids.

The views of the Mountains, and the grounds were amazing! We loved that the hotel had Shuttle Service to the local town! It was charming. I felt like I was nestled in the Swiss Alps. The linen and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The bar/ lounge was so cozy. The seating in front of the large stone fireplace gazing out at the Tram, and the mountain was so welcoming. It was lovely seeing other guests playing board games and cards with their friends in such an inviting atmosphere.

The location and scenery was beautiful. The valet workers were so accommodating and gave us a personal ride down to the ski resort. The spa here was amazing and so clean.

We booked two queen beds, but they were definitely full size beds. For the price we paid here, I would have loved to have the bigger beds we paid for. Free breakfast also would have been great :)
