Loved the history, layout, decor, and feel of the overall place! Spacious king bed, kitchen equipped for light meals, close to all of Girdwood and Alyeska Resort! Beautiful natural lighting when the sun was out. Hot tub great when other guests shared.

Having the hot tub is wonderful, maybe just finding a way to make sure guests only use it for an hour at a time? The first evening we arrived, guests were in the hot tub for hours, super loud and seemingly very intoxicated. Not the property or staff's fault at all! Just a bit unfair for other paying guests as we could not use the tub that night due to other guests' overuse and lack of respect for others staying at the same place.

The location could not have been more perfect. It was tucked away just off one of the main roads, with a beautiful view of the mountain from the kitchen window. We were just up the road from the local grocery store, the ski resort, and some great local eats. Hightower Pub was our favorite breakfast spot! Our room was just what we needed, cozy and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to the hot tub, and the kitchen during our stay. Our hosts were great and receptive to making sure we had what we needed. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location and easy to find. There were clear check in instructions. We were provided with coffee and real half and half.

This is not a true negative….The only bath is on the Master bedroom side of the doorway so the guest sleeping on the fold out has to come thru the bedroom door to use the bathroom. Nothing the owners can to about that!

Loved the location and our room was nice and cheery! It was great to be able to get up and have a fresh pot of coffee. Very clean and welcoming!!

I think refrigerator should be cleaned out between new and arriving guests or have guests dispose of their own items on check out. Would have loved to meet Rachel!

The property was beautiful and filled with lush flowers and greenery!! The continental breakfast was great and the homemade muffins were delicious!!

The bed was too soft. The room was small but sufficient.

The grounds, the hosts, the accommodations. It was a last minute choice and they couldn’t have been nicer. The old horse barn has been converted to a lovely space, so comfortable and very accessible for my blind husband. Wonderful stay!

Kitchen Dish sponge should be new or like/new as older ones hold germs. Bedroom rugs could stand a good shampoo.

We booked three rooms in the Carriage House B&B and one of the cabins. All the beds and pillows were wonderful. The place rooms were all clean. The three rooms in the B&B shared a kitchen and TV room. All doors had individual locks for privacy. Breakfast was provided in the fridge!! Rachel and Jake live onsite and are very helpful and friendly. Not all of us used the hot tub but those that did loved it! All in all it is a place that I would return to and would definitely recommend.

Location good, near centre of town. The house was lovely and bed comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.
