Good size clean room.

Our room was also given to someone else and were woken by knocking on the door by a member of staff telling us we were in the wrong room even though they had allocated us the room. Member of staff left with no apology. We also had very noisy neighbours who banged doors and were very loud late at night and very early in the morning (obviously not the hotels fault)

The staff were amazing. Very friendly. My husband woke up sick on the day we were to check out. I asked about staying another night. We easily booked another night. When I asked about the location of an urgent care, they let me know there was one close by and we could take their shuttle if needed. They asked if he was feeling better when I checked us out. Would certainly stay again.

I liked the breakfast in the morning and the staff were nice.

No housekeeping in the 5 days I was there. I thought there were regulations on this? I was told no housekeeping on Christmas but it ended up being the entire time I was there. We're no longer in a pandemic lock down, I can't imagine why you only clean some rooms but not all. Also thin walls, and I was in an adjoining room and could hear everything going on in the room next door, babies crying etc. Found it difficult to relax.

Excellent value for money. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The pillows and bedding weren't great. In our room, there was a glass frosted window between the bathroom and bedroom, which had a gap around the edge, resulting in a lack of privacy.

Great location, literally next door to a mall and Walmart. The front desk staff were very friendly. The bathroom amenities were of good quality. The sofa chair was so comfortable I could have almost slept there! My husband thought the immense bathtub was the best one ever!

A huge negative was the open window with opaque glass between the beds and the bathroom. It made it tough using the bathroom at night because the bathroom light was fully visible in the bedroom. Who would ever design such a feature - certainly no one ever staying there! We stayed for two nights so that became an issue for us. The breakfast attendant must have had two bad mornings in a row as she was not at all pleasant and we never noticed her wiping down the tables or chairs after guests had left. Two suggestions - a sign in the second floor hallway indicating where the elevator would be very handy as well as a sign indicating rooms numbered 1-15 are this way and rooms 16-30 are this way!

Nice staff, good breakfast choices, comfortable bed. Didn't stay long because this was just a quick stop after our plane got in but they did hold our room until very late. Good communication they booking.com

The only weird thing was the window from the bathroom to the bedroom. Woke up the other person if you turned the light on during the night.

first time to Alaska- this hotel is older, but is very well kept. the family who owns it are natives. the lady we dealt with was super accommodating! all staff were friendly and ready to assist in our ever need. the shuttle service was great, even at 4:00am! breakfast was amazing everyday - great variety, fresh and hot coffee throughout the day, which we really appreciated. rooms are very clean, soak tub is so nice! beds are comfy- I’d stay there every time we we’re fortunate enough to visit Anchorage again!

Breakfast was good. Bathtub was nice and big! Bed was comfortable. The room was sizable. The hotel has quick access to the Dimond mall right next door. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel could use EV car charging. The room was a little scant, could use a table. The sink is not in the bathroom which is odd and not convenient for washing up.

Great location for shopping, typical restaurants, sightseeing, etc. Great customer service.

Room had a window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Interesting for a room for friends with two beds, but we made it work.

Enormous rooms, with super strong shower. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. Great location near shopping and restaurants.

Not near any “attractions” in Anchorage, but appreciated the convenience to the airport, shopping & restaurants.
