Hotel was a short distance from downtown which made getting around really nice. Hotel itself was very beautiful and artistic.

I thought our room was meant to have more privacy and would have preferred having a little more separation since it was my fiance and a friend with me but not a huge deal but the room description seemed confusing to me since I would have thought it would have been a bedroom with a living area but instead was "upgraded" to a 2 king bed room. When I asked if we could get a different room to accommodate this, we were told there were no other rooms or suites available.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Beautifully decorated and great views. The location is amazing, accessible by walking anywhere downtown but, it is off the beaten path. Upon our check-in it was seamless and pleasant. We liked our room. It was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. We were club level so we had access to the m club.

I did request an e key through the app. However I guess that was not available so Upon check-in, we did have to wait a minute for the staff to finish up a phone reservation, It was not a long wait. It was a great easy, seamless experience. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, however, at night the street noise was pretty loud. I was surprised by that. We were club level so that was fun and a nice touch. However, it was rarely fully stocked.

The location, the staff - ESPECIALLY NINA at the Club room. She was exceptional. We traveled as a group and they have all insisted that we send the property this important message about NINA. I even heard other guests compliment her. The reception staff were also very welcoming and pleasant. But NINA stood out from the very good service.

Outstanding service!! Girls at the front desk were amazing, I didn’t catch their name but they were 3 at check in and check out, the valet buys were very nice and patience, charged my car, I was so happy next morning with my car full of charge! Thank you guys.., and Ryan , Chance and Austin at the bar !! All of ten were great! Thank you so much.

The QR code displayed in the room for room service did not work. The restaurant came up, the one next store but no items would go to the in box. So I used Grubhub. I also missed not having a pool. The traffic noise was so loud the sound machine was a nice touch but the noise was so loud.

We loved the location of the hotel, we were attending a event at the convention center across the street so the location could not have been more perfect. The staff was friendly and we used the complimentary shuttle to take us to dinner. We loved the hardwood floors in our room and enjoyed the hotel restaurant. We look forward to staying at this location again.

There is a significant amount of noise from traffic in the room.

Lovely hotel room interior, great value, and location. Lots of space. Great bathroom. VERY clean.The lady that worked the snack/breakfast area was super nice and sweet to our daughter.

Some loudly opinionated staff at the tavern ruined our meal at one point. We were assigned a room in error that did not have a sofa bed. It had to be moved to another room with a pretty lame view.

This hotel is a unique Art Spot in Knoxville. It is a great location and appreciate the executive benefits of coffee, snacks and breakfast.

Marriott Knoxville calls itself dog friendly but charges a hefty $100 fee for pets and limits where you can take them on the premises.

Pros: Excellent location for the Fanboy Expo we went to it was at the Knoxville Convention Center it was literally across the street! Beds were sooo comfortable! Shower was amazing! Good water pressure and hot! Clean! In hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. Mini fridge was helpful. Got very dark to sleep at night with both curtains closed.

Cons: No pool HVAC was a bit loud sometimes but nothing good ear plugs don’t help drown out. No free breakfast but hotel breakfast was delicious for an additional charge.

Friendly location clean !

Tried to book for next stay and it’s a 700 dollar difference. Makes me sad bc we would book every weekend with them for what we paid this weekend. Ridiculous they up the prices bc of a game day . We booked down the road and are paying 1/2 the price
