Lovely hotel, room was very spacious with a huge comfy bed, very clean and comfortable room.The bar area was lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check out at 12 was great as we had an evening flight. Location was very good near the station and old town. We got the underground from the airport to the hotel which stops directly opposite the hotel. You catch the U2 and it takes about 15 mins so very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good. However there was a pre authorisation on my card in case we needed to add drinks, room service etc. paid the bill when we left .Now a week later still showing pre authorisation amount on my bank account. Hope it will disappear very soon !

The room was spacious and comfortable. Only the view was to the courtyard, so no not especially nice. However, the benefit was that this room was quieter than the one we had last year at the same property, with a look on the old town of Nuermberg but also on the main road and the railway station, with a lot of traffic. The bathroom is nice, clean and functional. The breakfast is very good!

Parking is only available in the garage of the Nuremberg's main railway station. It is rather close by but still around 5 min to walk (with several traffic lights to cross). The main issue was that there were no EV chargers available in this garage.

We spent two weeks in Bavaria during the Christmas market season and this was one of my favorite hotels. I expected it to be the most "American" of all the hotels I booked, and it kinda, sorta was, but it far exceeded my expectations, as I rarely have the pleasure of staying in such a nice hotel in the U.S. The staff were over-the-top friendly and accommodating, the room was posh and had a great, spacious bathroom, the breakfasts were out of this world, and you couldn't have a better location to get into old town to see the markets, museums, and artisan shops. The hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare and there is constant traffic noise when the windows are open, but you wouldn't know it when they are closed. They seemed to have put a lot of effort into noise-proofing the rooms. Overall, it was such a nice stay that it was a bit of a disappointment to pack up and leave. I would happily stay there again.

I really can't think of any cons aside from the traffic outside, but that didn't affect my stay in the slightest due to the noise-proofed windows. This might have been the only hotel that didn't allow us to check in early, but I don't fault them for that, as they were completely booked (and they have no obligation to do so); however, they held our luggage for us in a safe place and our room was ready a few minutes before check-in. They were also willing to hold luggage after check-out so you could continue your sightseeing.

we rented a room on booking, when we arrived at the hotel we were asked for extra money (20 euro guarantee) nowhere in the hotel policy was such a thing specified, in addition I travel with 2 dogs, one of the criteria for which I applied when I searched for a hotel that accepted pets, in the hotel policy nothing is clearly written about paying for pets, I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. In addition, in front of the hotel there were a lot of dubious people who were drinking alcohol. For a few hours of rest I had to have endless discussions with the receptionist. I don't understand why Booking accepts on their platform hotels that provide incomplete and erroneous information on their platform.

the rooms are clean

The hotel is ideally located near the station and old town, with easy walking access to all the main attractions and restauraunts. A special shout out to the front office girl called "Tara" who changed our room to a better one where the windows could be opened, she was very friendly and helped us a lot. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Although we did not visit the gym and sauna facilities, there were open to be used.

Nothing to dislike....everything from location, cleaniness and mainly the staff were awesome.

Perfect location if you are using train transportation. Directly across the street from the main station. Also very close to the Handwerkerhof area with small medieval shops and restaurants. From here it's an easy walk to the center of the old town area with the castle and many beautiful bridges, shops, restaurants and churches. The room was nice, comfy bed and breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful calling us a cab and allowing baggage storage before check in and after check out. I can definitely recommend.

The location is very convenient but also draws a bit of a seedy element because of it's close proximity to the train station.

Everything about our stay was exceptionally good. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends and if we return to Nuremberg would be our first choice. Staff were very helpful a special mention for Tara who was working the bar when we first arrived. She took a lot of time showing us on a city map the local attractions which although we have been to the city before proved very helpful.

The restaurant was not open. Would have liked for it to have had a meal, especially when the weather was not very pleasant. The room was quite warm and at times too warm, and as we were at the front of the property could not have the window open due to the noise of the traffic.

We are a family of 4, so 2 adults and two children 7 and 2 years old. I'm not going to say anything about the price as everyone has it's own price range. What we liked: walking distance of the city centre, the train station is on the other side of the square. It is a busy square but we didn't fell like it was noisy. Breakfast was amazing, everyone is very nice and kind. The lady at the reception was exceptionally nice, Thank you Tara! We came on Easter Saturday and extra to the little pack for our children they gave them also some chocolate bunny when we left on Sunday which was a very nice touch and our children absolutely loved it. The last thing to mention is that the view from our room was lovely, again children were really happy.

Parking is at the train station and is payable. This is written clearly on the booking page. Room is probably too small if the kids were bigger or teenagers.

Great pet- and family-friendly downtown hotel across the road from the railway station. Walking distance from museums, shops, restaurants and the Christmas Market.

Breakfast was good but incredibly expensive, and because our deal didn't include it in the room price we had to pay by card directly in the restaurant, rather than at reception at the end of our stay.

The location right next to the railway station and subway to the Messe.

Despite asking twice, I didnot get the invoice by email. I wanted to cancel the last of the four nights. The reception referred to Booking. Booking referred to the hotel. In the end I got 10% reimbursement on the night I didnot use.
