Proximity to beach, diversity of pools, family-friendly, good service, nice resort

Quality of food, no change of pool towels, late start of children entertainment, slow service at beach bar

Nice family location, far away from the party places. The kids facilities are really nice. We arrived at 10pm. I know Spain very well and I thought for sure they have dinner, but shockingly the dinner closed at 9pm, which is totally unusual for Spain. They completely adapted to German times. But they had some sandwiches prepared. They prepared some balloons and cava for my sister’s birthday and they were very attentive. Staff in general was very nice. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Although overall the place was clean and taken care of, I was surprised that in our 3-day stay nobody came to clean the room. Honestly I don’t mind the towels, because I don’t change them every day at home either, but they could have emptied the bin at least. What I found strange is that there was no massage during the weekend. They offered somewhere external though. It probably because we were off season.

Close to beach, lots of pools, tennis court, mini-put, outdoor playground. Friendly staff. The jumping bubble in the pool was a highlight for my kids. We loved the lunch buffet. Stayed there as room-only (not all inclusive). Would go back there in a heartbeat. Decent room size for a family of 5.

Kitchen didn't include bowls, so we grabbed some from the buffet but the cleaning staff removed it from our room the next day. Really a minor inconvenience. This place is 10/10!!!

In general nice hotel and facilities, ideal for families. All day activities for kids, 1 minute walk from the beach which makes the hotel perfect for family vacations. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing that I didn’t like was a smell like cesspool on the balcony. The manager explained us that this smell comes from the area which is from mud waters. She offered us a dinner as an apology, which as we understand later that day was not at all hotel problem.

Perfect for families with children, great food, great rooms, staff fantastic especially Ismael at the reception! Well done!

First we were checked in to room 4105, please avoid this room, the terrace horrible, microwave didn’t work, shower was broken. We were moved to different room after 4 days only.

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, the facilities were fantastic! The beach was stunning! The breakfasts were fab super selection!

Our apartment was next to the hotel next door and they were very noisy they're night time entertainment ran later than ours!

great hotel, facilities etc, pools great kids clubs. near the beach. i would only go October as I imagine busy in the summer. Mosquitoes ruined the trip as far too many in that area.

the location, middle of nowhere really. Needed a car as bus service was expensive each day for 5 of us. car hire at Vanrell was cheap for the week and great to get about.

Location of property was lovely, reception staff was great, check in was swift, pools and access to beach was excellent.

Issues with sink it was clogged, the cooking plates weren’t functioning correctly n the room we were staying and issues with temp regulator, had to make a couple of calls before we got moved to another room.

Amazing hotel for staying with kids. Lots of entertainment for children, most of people staying there were with children. It has a nice playground that our kid loved, plus 2 swimming pools with child slides and other attractions, in addition to normal pools. Also, great child entertainment programs and nice evening shows.

As we were located right on the beach in Playa de Muro, it was a lovely view the entire time. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and the staff were exceptionally polite.
