We loved everything about it. Location is prime (very close to SM MOA), after shopping we were just about ready to retire in this very comfortable hotel. Their cafe/restos serve really delicious food!

There were no indoor restaurants/room service by 10pm, which I understand is because they’re still in the process of completion. To make up for it, the staff gave recommendations on where we can find open restaurants nearby. :)

I spent wonderful days and nights in the executive suite enjoying the swimming pool and sea views. The staff were very hospitable and selected. I used Grab for transportation and it was the best compared to others.

Nothing to mention.

Breakfast had all breakfast needs from a pancake and egg station, salad, rice, soup, arroz caldo and coffee. Check-in was a breeze and we appreciate that our bags were brought up independently by a staff. All housekeeping staff must be given a bonus because all those on our floor were friendly and fast when we needed water or more toilet paper. Good sized pool and gym.

Just the construction noise was distracting. This was expected and happened only during working hours. Check-out was crazy and we went to reception at 11am. Good thing all we needed to do was to give back our room keys and waited 10mins for reception to give us a go ahead that we were all set.

I liked how close it was to other properties so it was easy to meet up with friends and family. My bed was comfortable and the room had good AC. I had a nice view and there was hardly any noise. The rooms and the facilities were new and clean. The gym and the pool were well-maintained. My breakfast was excellent every morning. There is a big selection and the quality was impressive even on weekdays. The staff were so accommodating and quick to respond. They even have an on-site nurse. For the price you’ll pay, I think this is the best in the area in terms of quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come back. I think the only cons would be that they don’t have any rooms that have bath tubs at the moment. Would have been nice to soak after a day’s work. Also some of the hallways smelled heavily of disinfectant or bug spray. But it’s bearable.

A large hotel where I stayed for one night before flying out of Manila. I picked it because it is close to the airport. I liked the gym setup and the facilities of both a sauna and a steam room. Since my flight was leaving early in the evening, I was given a late check-out at 2 pm and had lunch in the restaurant before departing to the airport.

The hotel is in a rather unremarkable area that is apparently only recently being developed. So, it probably has nothing to do with Manila itself and even though it is relatively close to the coastline, yet there is zero to be seen or done there.

Staff Customer service.

Third party vendor selling condo properties. It's very annoying because I already told them several TIMES that I'm interested to purchase a condo still insisting the guest to view the property. If the guest already told once they SHOULD respect that but they kept approaching me. The HOTEL property manager should brief the them not to cross the boundery. This is the second time I stayed with this hotel and that's why I made another reservation. I have a late flight back home, I requested a check out late but they inform me that they are going to charge me with out any consideration. Not sure if I'm going back.

Great location, ample parking spaces for guests coming in with vehicles. Love the speed of the elevators as well -- very fast. The staff were also very accommodating and courteous to all guests. Rooms were also very comfy and well-specced.

The pool was very shallow for my tastes (max of only 4ft.) The pool bar also had a very basic menu of food and drinks, especially cocktails -- this needs to be expanded. One of the jacuzzis was non-operational. Although the breakfast buffet has great menu options, it could be expanded to offer more options.

Hats off to Philipine's HRM (Hotels & Restaurant Management) for exceptional service, professionalism & subtle inclusion of traditional filipino breakfast to international breakfast buffet and not to mention the staff dress code - very neat! with all due respect, truly appreciated. Maraming Salamat po! Grand Westside Hotel.

the smoke detector on the very center of the ceiling has flickering bright light that intereferes with sleep when u try yo completely darken the room. im sure it can be fixed.

Nice and easy stay if you need something close to the airport. Nice hotel and swimming pool. Nice and comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Maybe the only thing was finding some towels for the pool wasn't easy. There was a lack of staff by the pool, which made it hard for us to find towels, understand spa hours, offerings, etc. Someone showed up eventually so all good.

Staff were professional and friendly. We enjoyed our meal at LaMeza. Julie was very helpful, knowledgable and always had a smile on her face. The rooms were neat and comfortable. Pool, sauna and the gym was a great plus for our stay. We would definitely come back to stay at this hotel and would recommend it to our friends and family.

We couldn't get the room temp to be cooler. The thermostat seem to be on a fixed setting of 22° but the room temp was showing 24° during the night.
