Despite arriving very late at night, the hotel was so easy to access (key left in an envelope at the door). The view of the river on waking up in the morning was spectacular. The room was lovely and comfortable and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of us (me!) was very ill in the morning with migraine, and the staff kindly let us stay in the room until lunchtime before checking out, to give me time to recover. This was so much appreciated, thankyou.

Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff. We had an excellent room, though I suppose we may have been in a priviledged situation, as we also had balcony, that apparently is not available for most of the rooms.

The breakfast is quite good, excepting the lack of milk (in large quantitites). Of ourse this is not a problem to be noticed by most of the travellers, as I am drinking milk much more than most of the people.

I had room 16. The view was stunning. River and castle. Two of them :) I was delighted with the room and the small sitting area with huge windows to see the castle while reading a book. Also a balcony which would be my place of stay if visiting in summer. The mattress was so comfortable, just perfect for me. I asked staff in the morning some questions in English and received the answers I was looking for so it was all a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Oh yeah, best key system when arriving late! 😁

The person at the reception made a very good first impression right from his dressing to his warm attitude. Even if there was no parking in the property, the rooms were clean with a lot of natural light. Everything was clean but I wish the person before had not smoked in the toilet. The air conditioning working. Breakfast was great the next morning. Considering everything and factoring the affordable price, I definitely recommend this hotel and will always spend nights here on my travels.

Hope next time there will parking within the property. I did not feel safe leaving my car two hundred meters away. Everything else was good.

Very quiet surroundings, even strangely quiet :) lovely area, you could take the pedestrian bridge to Germany and visit the castle on the hill. The food at the guesthouse was also delicious. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a kitchen, laundry, etc. All and all 10/10

We used this as a stop off on a longer cross European trip. The property is located next to the river between Germany and Austrian. Stunning location. Very localised food. If you are expecting international you are in the wrong place. Staff were amazing, the room was amazing. Slept like a child. The location is sooo pretty.

I’m being very “British” for me it was fine. For my wife who is a fussy eater not so good. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and there is not really a hot option. Again very Austrian and I am being picky.

It was very hot due to no air-conditioning. There was limited parking. Lots of people smoking just outside the back door and on the outside dining place

Great location. It was dark when I arrived but I looked out the window to see a castle, monastery and the Maria statue right outside! Great beer. There’s a lift which was great. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff

We could check in late (20:30) and we could have dinner in the restaurant if we wanted until I guess 10. We could place our bikes in the garage. The room was really big, the WC is separate from the bathroom.

There was hardly any vegetables to the breakfast. The interior is a bit old.
