Nice, responsive owner, excellent location, just around the corner is the embankment and the ocean, near the hotel there are many cafes, restaurants, shops. Wonderful people! Gran Canaria is love! We will definitely return to this island! 

The location was great, just 1 min walk from the beach. Comfortable bed and all essentials are provided.

The water power in the tap was very low . The Towels were smelly.

comfortable, warm even on chilly nights, had a small fridge which was very useful. Stylish. Great, responsive host. The location was perfect. It's right on the touristic strip where there are many restaurants and it's so close to the beach. If I ever go back and just plan to stay only in arinaga, or visit aguimes sometimes, this is the perfect candidate.

we had a couple of issues with things that disappeared from our room. It could have been a misunderstanding. The host may want to tell his people that if they find items later in the laundry after cleaning they should send out a mass text so as not to create suspicion. A few things need to be repaired: for example, one of the shower doors comes off its track easily. The shower head holder is a little damaged so it can't sit at all angles.

very clean, friendly owner / manager, very convenient for local seafront, just 2 minutes away, quiet location, view of the sea from the top floor room.

nothing wrong with this accommodation, if I was to be particularly fussy … the water temperature was a bit variable and could be scalding hot on occasions.

It was a great stay with loads of nice facilities around.

Location was great. Right in the middle of Arinaga. Had keys to the Hotel so we could come and go as we pleased. Shower and bathroom was clean with towels.

Bed could have been an bit better. Was on stands that kept moving on the tile floor.
