I’m trying to figure out when I was booking for 2 nights was supposed to be 383 total then once I arrived and swiped my card it was over 500. Then the guy at the counter could not give me a reason why it changed. Then there was no large pick up truck parking . So I had to park in the city lot which cost me right at 240 dollars for 2 days. Then they would not help with my parking expenses. All I was told if you come and go it would be more so I’m trying to figure out why I would travel to the city to never go out. I will never stay there again 750 dollars for a weekend

Renovations are beautiful! Loved the lights on the bed by the floor when I got up in the night. Sofa and wall paper were lovely! Comfy bed and beautiful fixtures in bathroom! Loved the clothes steamer as well!

The air conditioning unit came on and off constantly and was very loud. Seemed like the thermostat was too sensitive.

The room - corner king- was very spacious and comfortable. Bed and linens very comfortable. Having a good size mini fridge in the room was great. Location across from the TU Center was desirable for our visit. Susan at check-in was very nice and kept us informed about check-in; she was also very friendly at check-out.

Our room was not ready when we arrived @ 3:15pm; had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. Parking should be included; valet parking for $25/night is exorbitant and self-parking @ $14/night is not connected to the hotel, so we got soaking wet from the rain upon arrival. Bathroom was clean but shower needs to be updated. Except for the theatre across the street, there are no other restaurants, bars, shops near the hotel. The bar and restaurant in-site are expensive.

Everything was perfect- atmosphere was inviting, the room (king room) was spacious and clean with the right amount of bedding- the river view was a stretch but we could see a small bit of the water.

Valet Parking took time but understandable because of the football fans in town for the game. The guys were doing their best

The customer service was great. The moment we walked in we were greeted by smiles. The hotel was across the street from the Symphony Performance Center.

It was smoking in the hotel. I could not sleep at all. I do not know why people smoke in the hotel.

The valet parking was very convenient we were staying for our wedding so very helpful for us. It was very quiet and relaxing stay we will definietly stay again for a quick getaway because we live in Jacksonville, Fl.

We had a great stay everything was good. Nothing bad to say.

The room was very clean upon entry. The bed was super comfortable. Our view of the St. John’s River was fantastic.

The valet was very helpful upon arrival to the property, but not very friendly on our way out of town. The experience was fine and they did their job well, but I felt as if I was bothering them when retrieving my car.

Location close to the event we were attending. Front desk employees very professional.

Food mediocre and over-priced. Restaurant hours?? seems like it closed early and extremely limited bar menu. Unable to locate ice machine. Poor communication regarding use of valet parking app.

Location was amazing

I felt somewhat nickel and dimed. Strange little charges for everything. I reserved 3 rooms and paid over $1500. When we arrived we were told there was no parking. No free wifi, just lots of extras. I have a Bonvoy card but no one could assist me in getting my benefits. Just a little lacking in some areas.

It was located right across the street from the concert venue we attended. The only thing that was a concern was that there was no place to eat. The hotel restaurant was booked. So we wound up getting hot dogs at the concert venue.
