This hotel offers private rooms for a reasonable price in the very city center of Copenhagen. It is not a place where one can expect a large, luxurious room - but this is also not their concept. :) For a business trip it is a perfect option to have a clean, calm and comfortable place to stay (or for tourists who are mainly looking for a central place to sleep, without expecting a luxury hotel). Copenhagen is a an expensive city - so the price might seem high to non-locals; I found it to be rather cheap compared to other options. The staff has been very kind and helpful at all times - I liked the 24/7 reception, which made it easier to receive help when arriving late / having to leave early. :) I also very muched enjoyed the breakfast with a great view of the city on the top floor! (Also here, the price is according to restaurants in the area, which might seem expensive to some travelers.) Regarding the size of the bathroom (often criticised in the bad reviews): Bathrooms in central Copenhagen are famously known among the Danes to be EXTRAORDINARILY small, so for the local standard the bathroom size is actually rather big. ;)

The bathroom design looks fancy with a glass (but not completely see-through) wall - however I would imagine this for couples to not be a practical solution, as the lights would be on in the entire room whenever someone is using the bathroom. This could be changed to increase comfort.

This hotel has great potential, the restaurant has an excellent view, the whole building looks modern and the location is perfect.

It wasn't clean. I understand that they are trying to improve many things, and they also like to use modern technology such as the AeroGuest app for check-in, but the basic requirement for a hotel is to be clean, the customers shouldn't feel like the room was used before them, but the carpet wasn't clean, we found body hair on the sheet and the floor of the bathroom. Also, it was clear that we booked a room for two, but there were beddings and towels for just one person. We found everything under the bed, but in case of a room for two, I think the guests shouldn't prepare everything for the second person by themselves.

The value for money was excellent given the city centre location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. This is a typical pod hotel which means that it's compact and has limited storage but for a single traveller or a couple, it's ideal. The check-in process was easy and information provided beforehand by email was great. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need, plus a window which opened which is always a plus in the summer months (air-con also available). There were four clothes hangers and a large rail to hang clothes. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and duvet supplied. The highlight for us was the ability to hire bikes, the hotel has a large number of bikes available without prior booking and these were cheap to hire and well maintained - perfect for a day exploring the city!

It was not the hotel's fault, but the adjoining hostel was loud until late at night, making it difficult to sleep with the window open, particularly at the weekend.

The hotel is not far from Central Station, (maybe 400m) and Tivoli Gardens and also turned out to be a great base to explore the city. The river is only a couple of minutes stroll away which is a beautiful walk. Almost everything we wanted to see, museums etc are within easy walking distance from the hotel itself. You can use the train or metro to very conveniently get to and from the airport and explore other parts of the city such as the Carlsberg Factory Tour (2 - 3 stops away) All in all, excellent location, clean and accessible

Rooms are small. I knew from the pics they were compact but they are smaller than they appeared. However for 2 people using purely as a base, they did the job and were comfortable and clean to sleep in. This would not put me off as we only use a hotel purely as a base as mentioned, but it's not the kind of room you could spend downtime in, or sit around in if you had a free afternoon. We had great weather during our stay so being at the hotel was not necessary

Great location, easy to get to from the airport. Room was very clean, a little small but perfect for 1 person who is staying for a few nights. Check in process was extremely smooth and staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in a drawer underneath the bed and lots of charging ports available. The air-conditioning worked well. Everything was where it needed to be and overall it was a good stay for a budget price.

Would have appreciated a mat for the bathroom floor. The shower was also too hot despite turning it to the coldest setting. Having a chain on the door would be good for safety especially for solo travellers. Since I stayed on the ground floor, I was woken up every morning from 6-7am by the cleaners outside emptying the bins which was extremely loud. Only 1 pillow and blanket was half the size of the bed so if you have 2 people staying would not be a very comfy stay.

Everything was great - nice staff, clean, comfortable, good location only like 10 minutes' walk from the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. I liked that there were extra towels and bedding in the drawer underneath, which was also good for storage (you don't get a wardrobe)

I've never had to pay to leave luggage at a hotel before! Even the ice that I asked for to put on my injured foot had to be paid for. I thought my stay was a bit pricey that was to be expected for a solo traveller during Eurovision week!

Good location and affordable clean hotel. Small but compact room, proper for 2 nights. They can offer snacks & drinks any time.

Although room was ready, for early check-in it is required additional fee. Also for luggage locker, additional fee is required.

The hotel is close to the train station, the self check in makes everything faster, there is an option for 150DKK for early check in after 10:00 am,, the room is large enough for one person and there are extra pillows, towels and blankets under the bed. This is great only if you are one person, otherwise, you would have to share this.

There was a constant noise coming out of the bathroom all the time. Also, since the bathroom is not separate properly with a concrete wall (only with a frosted glass, you can't see through) the smell or the noises are clearly felt in the room. I can't imagine sharing this type of room with someone else.

location. The location is great - less than 10mins walk from the station and opposite the canal. While it is a bit impersonaland automated, staff were nice and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to leave my luggage after check in - hotels provide that service for free normally. Breakfast was ok but could include more items; there was no shower mat in the bathrooms and plastic rubish bags with holders in the bedroom and no lid is too cheap. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

Great location, walkable to central where the main sights are, but still in a quiet area. There's also a bus service to Kobenhaven H station if you don't feel like walking with your luggage.

The app didn't work very well in terms of interaction with the scanners. There was also no kettle in the room nor hot water available on site to make coffee or tea. Housekeeping was also on request (by 10pm the previous night) - though receptionist was agreeable & pleasant, it could be made easier, for example by signalling using a card on the door or leaving the towels in the sink (like other hotels).
