The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, very close to the Valletta ferry and a million of local small cafes and shops. It's within a walking distance of Birgu, a medieval city centre. You can get to the Valletta city centre in 15 minutes. We had a spacious room on the ground floor, right behind the entrance, with an extra large bathroom (room suitable for people with disabilities). Hotel has an elevator for rooms on other floors. Each morning we got a breakfast basket delivered to our door with some bread, sweet roll, a fresh fruit salad and orange juice. Coffee was provided too. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed when needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and pick them up later in the afternoon.

A note for very light sleepers: the fact that our particular room was on the ground floor meant that there was a lot of guest traffic around our door and also some sounds from the streets could be heard in the mornings. Nothing a good pair of earplugs wouldn't solve though.

Breakfast was perfect, a small bite as advertised, delivered to our room every morning with fresh coffee. We had a noise issue on our first night (other guests in the hotel) the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and upgraded our room and moved us. The staff were communicative, including when off-shift to keep us in the loop about our room transfer. Everyone was very friendly. The location of the hotel is great, you can walk just a few minutes to the bus stop and take the bus. You can walk a few minutes further and pick up the water taxi to go to Valletta, which is incredibly convenient (cost of the water taxi includes using the Euro lift up to the Barrakka gardens). We hired a car and were able to find parking, if not directly outside the hotel, in the car park just 2 mins walk up the road. You are near by the restaurants in Bormla itself, and a short walk from the restaurants in Birgu (across the bridge) or further up the road in Senglea. I found the price to be very affordable and much more competitive that the equivalent hotel in Valletta for example.

Our original room was right opposite the reception desk in the hotel, which meant when people were sat in the bar/lounge area and were noisy we could hear them. Unlucky for us they decided to stay up late on night so were disturbed. On learning this the hotel staff were wonderfully helpful in relocating us.

Likable small butik hotel outside of the turistic heat, but still on the edge of a close center. We were very surprised by the very helpful staff - I travel a lot, but I haven't experienced such pleasant and nice people anywhere for a long time. We had several non-standard wishes, but they helped us very willingly and with a smile. The whole hotel is very clean and pleasant in a very quiet location. The parking situation looks scary at first glance, but I always found a good parking place next to the house on the main street at any time of the day - max 3 min walk from the house. Parking is free everywhere in the vicinity, the locality is safe. 5 min walk from the house is a ferry stop to the center of Valenta, (interval 30min, all the day), the boat ticket is bought directly on the boat for few EUR. Several bus stops are also 5 minutes from the house. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Cozy little hotel near the Three Cities in an authentic neighborhood. The building is old but recently renovated. Our room was very quite during the day and night. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic, but it was everyday on time. There are plenty of restaurants nearby close to the sea. The ferry to Valetta is 5 min walking from the hotel and there is a bus stop in 2 minutes.

If I must say something is that the breakfast could be improved , but it was not much of a problem.

The room is nice and big. The bed is comfortable. The toilet is big and the shower area is just a normal size. Only one person can shower. If you have a bf both of you can’t shower together. Toiletries are in big bottle so you can’t bring them home. 2 pillows only. The bar is decent. Free 1L water upon arrival.

My bf did not like the stairs. Our area is only accessible by stairs btw. The window is too small and you can’t see the outside. Just enough to ventilate. The switch of toilet is beside the bed so it’s not ideal

The property is a little small hotel. Myself and two friends stayed in the suite and absolutely loved it. We were a group of three and loved the service and our room. The breakfast options are a little limited if you are vegetarian however staff are extremely accommodating and we loved our breakfast!!! I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff, especially andreina we’re amazing!!

The hotel is a little away from the main tourist attractions however there is a ferry station nearby which was extremely helpful and also bolt is easily accessible.

The room was fabulous! We had been traveling around Europe (on a budget) for several weeks by that time we arrived there and the Mike was definitely a massive upgrade from everywhere else we stayed. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was crisp and clean. The room was spacious. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. Everything was very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, great for travel tips. Breakfast was simple but a nice touch. They made alterations for diet restrictions as requested. As far as location goes, I was concerned before we arrived, thinking that I should have booked a room in another part of the country, but in the end, Cospiscua was the perfect choice for us. It was so peaceful and calm, away from the rowdy bars and clubs, but not too far. Everything was easily accessible by ferry, bus, or car. UBER/BOLT trips were quick and inexpensive, but the ferry or boats were definitely the most charming way to get around. Overall, It far exceeded my expectations! I'd definitely stay there again. Only next time, I'd upgrade to the room with the balcony to have somewhere just as charming to eat breakfast.

Comfortable room, well located near public transportation and ferries. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds.

When we arrived we were greeted at the entrance to our room by a rather large cockroach, which the hostess "assisted" out of the way with her foot (it happens, this is an old building in an old city). The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with a basic packaged bread, fruit, yogurt delivered to the room on a tray, COVID style. We would have preferred to have breakfast somewhere other than inside our room since this type of isolation is no longer required for dining. Malta in June has become quite expensive, including lodging accommodations.

Excellent location just 5 mins walk from the water taxi and host of restaurants, 2 mins to pastizzi shop, baker and supermarket and bus stops. Top floor suite benefits from a lift and also the terrace. Large well equipped apartment, in an authentic part of town. Breakfast boxes are lovely, sandwiches change daily and the service is great.

Having to come home! Such a good location would love to have stayed much longer to explore more.

Fantastic location in the heart of Malta's Three Cities. A lot of monuments within a short walk, very close to bus stops and the ferry to Valetta. Right next to the hotel there is a pastizzeria where you can buy something to eat for lunch. Breakfast brought to the room, you can choose the classic variant (toast or croissant, e.g. with cheese) or sweet, plus fruit and a piece of cake - as a good start to the day, they are absolutely ok.

Breakfast brought to the room is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The advantage, because you eat in peace in the apartment. Disadvantage because you have to wait for breakfast and at first we got it a bit later than we asked for. But we reported it and everything was fine after that. The view from the terrace (we had an apartment at the top, with a terrace) is not great, but it is a good place to sit and read or have breakfast. Just need an umbrella for some shade.
