The lady behind the counter was exceptionally nice!! My grandson got married and I made the reservation (as a gift) for them. I had put his name on it, where it asks if you are making this for another person, not realizing that I would not be able to get the key and decorate the room, even though I paid for everything and made the reservation, so jokingly I said "well then, if I can't decorate the room, will you?" And to my surprise, she said yes!! So I gave her the candles and rose petals. My grandson and granddaughter in-law said that the room was really beautiful 😍!! Thank you for going out of your way and doing an awesome job!!

The bed was hard

Good location, easy access to where we needed to be, off main road, but still close to primary destianation.

Minor problem after checking in, had to leave hotel for tournament at Broken Arrow Lanes, upon return, discovered that the room heater was not working. Quick trip to front desk, checked thermostat, and realized maintenance had not fixed the problem; quick room change, all's well. Minor inconvenience was had a king room, moved to a queen double, but once hit the pillow, no problem. Great facility, friendly staff, will use again if/when need arises!

The breakfast was a little skimpy, but good. We only stayed one night but the staff was very helpful with getting us what we needed. Room was very roomy and comfortable. We would like to stay again when we are in Tulsa.

Room was setup to sleep 4 to 5 people but there were only towels for 2 people. Had to find the cleaning staff to get more towels. We used the pullout bed but there was no bedding in the room so we had to go down to night manager to get those. Also, the remote for the TV was AWOL. We searched the whole room and never found it.

The breakfast was great, had various dishes. The staff was friendly and kind-the lady in the kitchen made sure we had enough food and was kind. The staff that cleaned our room made sure we had what we needed- towels, etc. Destiny and Missy made sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional.

New designed hotel. Big modern rooms with small kitchenette (including sink). The biggest sofa we used before. Very warm inside the room. Nice staff on front desk. Good swimming pool and rest area.

- just two bath towels for 6 people - no bedding for sofa - glitching for opening the room door by the card - very disappointing that kitchen men cleared out all food at 9:21 when breakfast time is till 9:30. You can don’t add the food, but don’t take away the food before the breakfast is over. So much families with kids are stayed hungry and no tolerance from his side. At 9:30 he started to clean up the floors and tables, when we people still have their breakfast and he kicked out from the breakfast room. This attitude was terrible and affected to our experience with this hotel. We’re traveling so much and I can see the difference between the attention to details and hospitality. It’s not motel6 where you know what to expect.

The lightning was fabulous

I went to adjust the curtains and the whole curtain rod fell out the wall and could not replaced; elevator is too small especially with this being flu season. I booked my room almost a month in advance and requested a bottom floor. When I got there I was informed there were no rooms

The property was easy to find and get in and out of. The price was great and the staff was nice.

For three days I asked for the vent fan to be fixed but it never was dealt with even though there was an ongoing record that the staff said was logged in the system after I reported it. This made a hot shower an unpleasant experience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were close to restaurants and movie theater. My kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

We requested a remote for the TV in the room. We had to ask twice because the front desk employee was busy. Which was understandable.

The bed was wondering and I liked the studio design.

First my confirmation did not Link over to the property and the receptionist, was not as she said "I am not able to confirm this reservation at this time" what is the purpose for booking in advance on the internet and it is of no use, especially from traveling all day it's hot and your hungry. Get up stairs to the room to shower and there was no face towels to wash with. Imagine paying all that money and something as simple as a wash cloth was not available.

The location, staff, breakfast and high ceilings. Also very clean and properly stocked!

The ONLY thing I noticed as a bummer was that every cabinet in the kitchenette was crooked (King suite) as if it was broken. For a room that was $150 I felt that could have been a fix that would be worthwhile.
