Very close to beach and they keep room very clean

One staff member worked nights , shouldn’t be customer service at all. When you would come in she would slam whatever she was doing down and acted like it was an inconvenience to help you . Said the f word over and over . I wouldn’t want her representing my hotel ever . The other staff was very friendly and nice .

I like how convenient it was near the beach, it wasn’t walking distance but literally down the street. Plus the pool area was good! We had little one’s and they had a blast hopping from the kitty pool to the pool which was only 4 feet. And for us the hot tub was great ! Staff was on top of it from bed changes, to extra towels, help with Laundry questions, big trash bags and just overall friendly!

Breakfast, Don’t get me wrong the breakfast choices were decent but I feel like it could be a bit more. But personally I don’t see a big issue!!

The location was perfect for my Port Aransas stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The property, facilities, and room were clean. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast could be better with a hot protein offering. I knew it was a continental breakfast when I booked, but that doesn't mean I liked it. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled sour. The toilet ran occasionally after flushing. The air conditioner in room 106 struggled to keep the room cool. I woke up each night feeling too warm and humid. I slept with earplugs all five nights. The air conditioner was very loud when it cycled on and ran. Noise from the pool could be heard until its closing at 10PM. The upstairs room floors must be the same planked flooring as downstairs. On my last night (a Saturday) the upstairs occupant's heavy walking (in boots?) was disruptive to my evening and the next morning.

The location and the view is beautiful! Breakfast was better than I anticipated and staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was extremely simple and fast. Room was clean and stocked with essentials. Hotel appearance both inside and outside was beautiful and the amenities were perfect.

A nice plush comforter or full bed set would have made a huge difference in comfort! More supplies for the coffee maker would be nice. And I wish the tv had screen mirroring capabilities OR tv had streaming instead of only cable. It would be really nice to be able to open YouTube or Roku for more options to make it feel like home.

This is a great location for getting to the beach fast and even has two convenience stores next door. It’s also on the highway, so it’s easy to go to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas. The pool is a nice size for kids and families to swim. Grilling meat close to picnic tables just makes a friendly experience. Beds and pillows were comfortable so that we slept well. Hot coffee in the morning! Checked my boxes for a choice place to stay.

1. Not any fault of the facility as I watched staff do brave battle spraying the grounds, but there were a lot of mosquitoes on this trip due to recent rains. 2. Wish there was a protein option at breakfast such as eggs with or without bacon or sausage.

Landscape and yard was beautiful. Rooms were big and clean. Pool and hot tub very nice

Breakfast was cheap, sugary and high carb food only. No meat of any kind or even eggs. Coffee was horrible. We spent extra money each day during our trip because we had to go buy breakfast.

Staff was very nice! Pool was great, and breakfast was good!

Only thing I did not like was blanket situation. There was no comforter, only sheets and a very thin blanket under sheets, however did ask for an extra blanket and they supplied me with a big blanket. Also the room is for 4 people, and they only had 3 full towels, so had to ask for more. The room is huge, but the bathroom is tiny, I felt claustrophobic, they did a horrible job on the floor plan, so much wasted space,

Overall, great value and loved staying there again. Would do so again, especially during the off season. Make sure to get a parking pass and take a quick drive to the beach. Did that every single day.

Pool could be opened earlier, honestly it's hard to find something wrong with my stay.

This property was very nice the pool was great, staff was friendly, and for the price compared to other places I have stayed at on the island was very spacious. My kids enjoyed it and it felt very safe and the beach was right down the road.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities were fantastically clean and plenty of parking

The only thing the only complaint that we could possibly have is that the water pressure in the shower was kind of low other than that that's the only real complaint we had
