The breakfast was good. The staff did a great job stocking it. The rooms were comfortable, but a little crowded for a family of four. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday, which was nice. The staff are also very attentive to any problems reported.

Just a few things. The walls are somewhat thin and you can hear the next room. It can be annoying, especially if they are loud. A few port/switches in the room didn't work. The water never became hot, but then it wasn't too much of a problem.

Upon check in the initial lady that I spoke with was argumentative about the room or the floor which was unnecessary which made me almost leave..saying that she can only give me the room that I paid for..which was pure baloney..the rooms are mostly the same...furthermore I always stay at their other location around the corner...I'm their customer from years ago and stay there twice yearly...she was argumentative over nothing

I liked the suite layout and the breakfast offerings. The hotel also has a couple of facilities to enhance your stay.

No one made sure everything was working and ready before we were checked in. Both the light and socket on one side of the bed were not working. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room to fix the problem. However, we were not warned that he doesn't speak English, and after struggling to communicate for the first couple of minutes, he had to resort to Google Translate. It turned out that the problem was not a quick fix, it would require a couple of hours which we didn't have. Since we didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving rooms, we just had to make do for the duration of our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. That was one of the reasons we chose this location, everything was fresh and healthy. The pool hours were great too. After a long day in one of Disney's parks it was good to come back and relax in one of the pools. Parking was also a plus. The kids enjoyed the bungee jump, wall climbing and zip line too. We didn't get to try our hand at mini golf but maybe next time!

We didn't find anything that we didn't like. The customer service was great. After arriving we had to upgrade our room twice before we found the room we were looking for. The staff was so helpful with the changes and didn't mind at all with helping us.

Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean and I used the laundry facilities..which were good. Pools were nice and my kids really liked them...they were super crowded though. Larkimg was easy and plenty of it. Everyone was very nice.

Crowded pools. One elevator was broke so that made getting up to our room slow.

This was little get away for my family and I. If you are looking to get away and have some fun then this is your place to go! They have 2 different pools, both have cool slides and other stuff in them for the kids. There is an awesome Tiki Bar that has food and drinks! Ice cream shack, put put golf, rock climbing! Its an over all really cool place! Most of the staff was really nice and happy!! There were a few that were questionable, but they worked during the day and outside with the food and ice cream so it wasn't too bad because we didn't have to deal with them all day!! Ohh and the the one pool had a kitty area for the smalls kids, no steps just a real shallow end like the beginning on the beach! Really cool, the texture of the pool was soft which I really liked since I have a 1 year old and was still new with walking.

The staff was probably the best thing about the whole experience however that was just the beginning! The accomodations were so comfy and clean, the perks were unbelievable for the price and the location is stellar!!! Booked our Disney trip right from the lobby, shuttles made it a breeze to get there, breakfast was top notch and the staff....well you already know! If I could give it more than a 10, I would!!!

Super clean

The property looks very good and clean. My room was cleaned but the ceiling in one corner, looks like we’re liking before, was fixed but didn’t look good the way the repair was done. Ceiling looks like was going to fall any time. But besides that everything else was perfect

Location was convenient and close to many attractions. Bed was comfy, Room was big enough for me and my husband. Good place to bring family. Pools were nice check in was easy and the Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast bar was a nice addition. They tried to make variety of the same things like (eggs and sausage) but could have had bacon and other things. Also everyone wanted waffles and there would be a two minute wait per person and food got cold. They could use another waffle maker so people aren’t waiting in line longer.

It was kind of dirty. There were stains in the carpet and it felt sticky to walk on so I bought slippers. The bathroom was decent but the water Temps didn't change and the toilet handle broke off. No matter where you turned the water knob it was a constant pretty hot temp so you really cant come back to a cold shower after a hot day. Or if you have skin problems the shower is just gonna be really really hot. You can tell it was cheaply made but the price compared to the other hotels in the area was p good.
