The room size is good and the rooms are also hygienic. It's in white town of the city and the prices are affordable. The manager is kind enough to let us stay in the room till our train departure time even if it is beyond the check out time at no extra cost. I'll recommend this place to anyone who's planning to visit Pondicherry ❤️❤️

Everything is nice. There's nothing as such that I didn't like.

Deluxe room was spacious. I liked the overall look of the room. Proper ventilation was there in the room and the washroom. Wash basin was outside of washroom, that was also good. The room was clean.

In night, some neighbour room people were making a lot of noise, they were drunk I think. It disturbed the sleep for an hour.

Our room was right next to the reception. The phone kept ringing on and off. Plus the hotel is on the street so it’s noisy with honks and people until late.

They could make sure the phones don’t ring after 9pm.

The place was cute and the room was charming. The location was good, a close walk to the beach and cute restaurants within walking distance. The staff were helpful when asked for information and helped secure laundry service for me, though it was grossly overpriced and they did not inform me of this.

The place has no food or restaurant. It was a big environmental waste having to order food in and for the amount spent on the room, the least they could have provided was breakfast. No basic information was given at check in not even the wifi password, which is literally basic. I had to ask for toilet paper. The washroom and room were filled with mosquitos and the mosquito repellent was empty until I requested a new one be given to me after enduring no sleep and a lot of mosquito bites the first night. Again, these places tend to look nice on booking but tend to all lack in presentation and service in India.the bathroom could have done with a nice proper cleaning rather than just a wipe down with water. It was a cute room but also the outlets were all so far away from you and so if you have to turn your alarm off, you’ll be jumping out of the very tall bed and running across the room.
