Experienced an exceptionally wonderful stay at JW Marriott Absheron during my recent visit to Baku. I cant say enough about the extra ordinary service and overall experience. From the moment, i arrived, i was greeted warmly by Ms. Nigar, and everyone at front desk whose friendly demeanour and efficiency made check in process in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious and elegantly decorated, well appointed with modern facilities with a breathtaking view of city skyline.Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day- everything was pristine and well stocked with high quality toiletries. Hotel's location was ideal- within walking distance to major attractions and great restaurants. A special thanks to Ms. Liza and Mr. Elsevar, for their professionalism and friendly interactions. Overall, this was the best hotel experience i have had in years. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury and top notch service.

The bestesst thing of the hotel is the service by the stafff.be it the check in staff the reservation staff the housekeeping or the bell boy staff.i never experienced such amazing service. i requested my food to be hot everytime i ordered and food came nicee hot n fresh. I requested late check out as my flight was late evening..they even considered and gave me a late checkout with no extra cost.overall lovely stay at ur hotel.thanks alot GOD BLESS..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—centrally situated with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient spot. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with every corner of the room, lobby, and facilities being spotless. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. My room was not only tidy but also very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch—everything you could possibly need is readily available. From the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, everything was well-equipped and made for a relaxing experience. I also had the chance to enjoy the spa services, which were absolutely rejuvenating. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was seamless. Absolutely a great experience, hotel is ideally located in the city with all of the attractions closed by. Staff is very accommodating and meet all requests pleasantly. The facilities and cleanliness is by far the best. In room dining have great menu, restaurant in the hotel also have great food. Morning breakfast has great variety to offer. Overall experience is excellent. Great view of the city from pool and gym. Garden located on 2nd floor is amazing. Had a fabulous stay.

- The two restaurants close about 10:30 pm so be careful for whose who take late meal, whereas the room service is 24 - The music is loudly - Much much higher than the average prices

The hotel location is excellent, close to the sea and shopping malls. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were extremely cooperative.

The hotel was positively exceptional in every aspect. The luxurious rooms and facilities, the cleanliness, the location, the friendly atmosphere and staff, the best spa experience, the outstanding hospitality and concierge services and the one of a kind breakfast buffet. My trip was amazing in every way, but staying at this particular hotel made it even more memorable.

My room was called at booking.com as Corner Suite but the corner part was the entrance (usually the room itself is laid through the corner. But it was roomy and comfy over all. Not stuffed with too much furniture and nice size of bathroom. I also liked the Executive Lounge - food was nice and fresh, the staff was great and very keen to take care of each guest at the lounge.

Not very much to say here, but some staff members at the lobby area should be trained more consistently on hospitability principles. I was sure they want to serve but they should know how and when to do so.

Location is great, 3 shopping malls close to hotel, very interesting interior of lobby, great spa (ask Ani to do a treatment), cool and friendly staff, amazing view from the gym which is on top of the building, on the 2nd floor great tea spot lounge and good fireworks restaurant with amazing city view in the evening, amazing breakfast, you will find a big variety of everything.

Literally everything. Ambiance, food, access to Nizami street, staff hospitality, free parking for rented car plus easy access to public cabs. Crescent mall was 2 mins drive, had bowling and kid activities. Deniz mall was more fun which was too on 10 mins drive. Highland park at flame tower was too 10 mins drive. Main market nameed as Yashil Bazar was too on 15 mins drive.
