Staff went above and beyond for me, I really appreciated them! The front desk was super friendly and helpful when I arrived past midnight and helped me find a decent dinner. When I left, the cleaning staff found my AirPods I’d forgotten in the room and returned them to me. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, and functional, exactly what you need on a trip. This was my second time staying here, and I’ll just keep staying here whenever I’m in Milan - the private room, cleanliness, helpful staff, and location and transit options are a great find at this price point. You might as well pay for air conditioning in the summer, or ask for a room high enough up that you can open the window without getting mosquitoes. On the fourth floor with the window open I was perfectly comfortable.

The hotel is near the train and metro station the location was good. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area in total did not seem so safe, but the hotel and nearing was okay. We came later than 10 and did not have any trouble The staff was very kind, as there is not enough facilities in the room, they offer fridge and hot water. The building is historical that is why it is understandable to have the small rooms and less facilities. There is a small elevator in the hotel

It would be better to have at least a kettle in the room.

Excellent location next to the train station & with various supermarkets and bars. The room has everything you need: enough surfaces and clothing hooks and stuff to put your clothes, enough power sockets, a bedside table, and a well-equipped bathroom (also a hairdryer). The room was also clean. The staff is there 24/7 if you need anything.

The shower was pretty small. The room in itself is also small, but is well-equipped which means what you pay is what you get. So in the end all is fine.

It's was clean and very close to the metro station. cozy and classic Italian hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. We kept our luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. I brought my little cousin alone ( <18yo), and they're really serious taking this, though it took so much time, but it's understandable, no complaints.

Tiny room, can't barely open two luggages. AIR-CON took 5€ to use, which is inevitable in summer. There was no hairdryer (the reception said yes though ). We called reception twice, but we got nothing until we left. If you're not providing, at least let us know instead of telling us you're taking it to our room and keep us waiting......

Hotel was exactly as expected, clean, friendly and welcoming. No doubt the rooms are small and the shower allows little movement but it's a great hotel if, like the group I was with, you plan to spend most of your day out in Milan. Good location near the Metro, or walkable to Milan as we did. 24 hour reception and always greeted with a smile. For the price we paid there was absolutely no complaints from any of us

Bed and shower were a little small but that's what it is. We used the hotel to sleep and in and that was it. Perfect for that

A very convinient option for budget savers and its location. The furniture of the rooms is very cozy and satisfying.

The distribution of the bathroom it's not comfortable, the toilet is very close to the washbasin, which makes it difficult to sit down.

Close to metro station, quiet area, friendly staff, I arrive at 01:00 AM and I check in without any problem

It was very hot in room, I believe there were a AC for add. charge. Next to bed I felt the floor very hot and it was only a spot like there was a boiler or something

Quiet en nice neighbourhood, good location. The centre of Milan was easy to reach by subway. The hotel itself was close to the subway, so very easy to reach. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

The lock on the door didn't seem safe. As far as I could see it was easy to open from the outside without needing a key. If you were inside the room there was an extra switch to close the door , but I don't know how safe that was.
