The hotel is in an excellent location both for leisure and business activities. Everything is in easy walking distance the proximity to the Duomo means you can navigate your way to and from the hotel with ease. Rooms are a very good size with comfortable beds. The hotel amenities, including pool and sauna, are an excellent added bonus.

My room was facing on to the street above the bar which meant Thursday night in particular (when the bar has a live DJ) was particularly noisey - had I been travelling to Milan for leisure this would not have been an issue but as I was there for long business days with a need to be rested this was a little problematic. Be sure to specify to the hotel should you require a quieter room.

Location is amazing because you're in the center of Milan with the Duomo right there, lots of shopping (you need only walk a couple of blocks to get to some independent stores) and so on. It does get quite crowded outside with all the tourists to the Duomo, but not that big an issue. Plus lots of restaurants in area. The hotel staff was very very nice and sympathetic. The spa system is good - you call ahead to reserve and you have it for the hour (a small and nice pool, a sauna, steam room and relaxation room). I loved it.

Some of the hotel walls seem.....thin. On our first night (and only then), we went to bed hearing someones conversation. They weren't yelling or even speaking loudly, but we felt we could hear it as if we were in the next room with the door open. They had a fun night, because they stayed up till 3/4 in the morning talking. The hotel staff, however, was super nice when I brought it up (I even mentioned I didn't feel I had a right to complain because it didn't seem like the other people were being loud in the first place) and offered a new room if it happens again, and then they also assured me the people in the rooms next to ours all vacated that morning. For the outside noise, I wasn't bothered. But a friend of mine noted that closing the window shutters blocks out any outdoor sound.

location was the best - mere steps from the Duomo. Lovely big bathroom, extremely friendly helpful staff, clean and served an excellent breakfast. We were there on the 28th & 29th Dec so the Xmas markets were still running around the Duomo it was just brilliant. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again if I find myself in Milan again. A great 2 night stay! Also, if your shower has a long cord in it, it’s the emergency cord, I pulled it out of curiosity thinking it was another light switch - credit to the hotel staff, they called the room phone straight away to confirm all was okay. Sorry team! But thanks so much!

As first timers in Milan we wanted to sleep in the center, Domou. But actually it is the last place you wanna stay in. Milan center is a huge tourist trap. Walk around and enjoy the attraction but better not to sleep or eat in the center. We paid so much for this location… such a waste.

Location Pool is nice for photos not for swimming

Very nice hotel right next to the Duomo Cathedral - very good leisure space with a small swimming pool (rarity in Milan center) and saunas, had great fun with 4yo - very nice hotel bar - good breakfast - we could drive up to the hotel to unpack

The furniture is a bit outdated, in need of a major refurbishment - the sound proofing of the rooms is terrible

The location was excellent. Just a few meters away from the Duomo with all the dining and shopping around it. Modern rooms with a flair for design. Staff was very friendly, was greeted with a complimentary bottle of Merlot when I arrived in the room :) Also got to try their indoor pool and sauna - was very refreshing during the hot Milano summer.

Every member of staff made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is also five minutes walk from the Dom and the city centre. It is about seven minutes from the hop on hop off bus. There is a private church directly opposite the hotel and you may be lucky to have the Sacred Heart exposed on a visit.

I would have liked carpet on the floor however I understand it is a special architectural feature.

Our room was great! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is the best possible in the city!!!

The wifi wasn’t always working

Ana at the front desk was amazing and the other gentleman too. They upgraded us to the suite on the 6th floor. The rooms are amazing. Great service. Ana gave us a bottle of wine as our welcome. Love her.
