We loved this property and the friendliness of the staff who were always on hand to help. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean and lovely. The only down side was a very salty shower which unfortunately was not very pleasant for the eyes! I’m not sure if anything can be done about this, as I’m aware this is common in Bali. Breakfast was lovely, the pool and having the seating area outside the room was great. Location wise, we didn’t mind having a small steep hill to climb, but may be a little challenging for anyone with mobility/knee issues. Although cabs are affordable and the hotel staff were really accommodating at arranging these, so we could easily get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Spacious room, very clean, well equipped. Every day they bring afternoon tea with some snak. Room cleaning every day. In the room you have your own watertank, tv(with netflix), hairdryer, sanitizer, for mosquito’s plug in device, shampoo,conditioner,soap, washing spong, so basically you have everything you need. Street noise is little bit disturbing but they have placed ear plugs for that in the nightstand so cant complain really for nothing. Crew is polite and helpful. So if you come, you feel very welcome. Truly recommending this place. Thank you for having me🙏

The setting was beautiful, staff so kind and helpful. Free to ask them anything and they’d do their best to help out. Rooms were so clean and the breakfast was amazing, couldn’t recommend enough!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is family owned, and the host Wayana and her staff is very polite and helpful people. The village is nice with friendly people. Nice and clean rooms with air con. Every room has a veranda. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast served on the veranda. We rented a scooter by the hotel 100k/day and it was delivered in 10 min. Most recommended!

Wayan and Putu were so helpful and friendly. they will help you with everything and arranged a scooter and very safe and professional drivers. The place is on a hill, it's a very peaceful location away from all the commercial area. The pool is nice. The rooms are big and comfortable. Its very good value - it's not luxury but simple and easy. I liked staying here so much and would recommend it to families and people who want to enjoy a feeling of being safe and at home.

The location is beautiful and lush, like a tropical forest. Nice pool, lovely breakfast and nice clean rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful. They booked a full day trip for us by taxi. We saw most of the sights on the island. If you know how to ride a scooter or want to book a taxi the whole day, you can see quite a lot. We just wanted to chill out most of our stay and Arunika cottage is perfect for that.

It rained a couple of days, but not the whole day...it is the wet season. The bonus is that less tourists were on the island so queues and traffic jams were minimal. Evenings were please.

Beautiful place with clean, vibrant rooms. The location is excellent, and walking around the village was a wonderful experience. The food was warm and delicious. I especially loved the stay, the pool, and the view. It’s an outstanding resort.

Wonderful and peacefull place The owner Mrs Wayan very kind and helpfull .. Location 10 cleanliness 10 staff 10 aminities 10 worth every penny We had to go for dinner and taxi was not there .she offered to take her 2 scooters

Everything was great! The girls from the reception where kind, respectful and friendly. The first night the water of the shower was cold, but when we tell to them, they immediately fixed it. Also my sister is coeliac and they offer to her a breakfast gluten free. We also made the tour that they offer and it was great! Gus, the guy that pick up us from the harbour answered all our questions about the island and restaurants gluten free.

I like everything

A cosy little retreat in Nusa Penida. Wayan was a great host, she accommodated us in every way possible, arranging everything from a taxi from the Ferry, scooter hire, sightseeing tours and laundry. She was the best host we had during our whole time in Bali. The rooms are nice and clean, it feels like your own little home on Nusa Penida. We highly recommend hiring a scooter from her, and the tours are great too - we even created our own tour with custom destinations.

Roosters starting from 3am in the morning (it is semi-rural, so to be expected) Poor shower pressure. Small things, we still recommend staying here.
