The location is beautiful, as are the buildings and paths through lush vegetation. he beach area is fantastic, although we did not try the water because the sea was rough. The pools were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

There need to be more hand towels in the room. Water pressure was poor at the sink. The water mixer valve at the shower did not work correctly. It was impossible to keep a constant warm flow of water without having fidget permanently with the valve. Flow of cold water was erratic. Food was generally good, although some breakfast items were not always at heir best.

the place looks great ands the rooms are big and comfy.

the service and food of the restaurant were not even close to the level of the facilities. i hate it when i ask for something simple like bottled water and they look at me like they are tired and pissed off and say no we dont serve water. the hotel is very new so many simple things like a do not disturb sign they have yet to provide, when i asked for water to drink in the restaurant they said they dont have water. I had to ask again. breakfast is too simple for a place that charges this much. no desk in room. internet is very very slow, so slow they might as well not even provide it.

Naio is a unique destination. It is located in Palomino and is a perfect balance between comfort and nature.  The staff is well trained. They are all very nice and professional and always willing to go the extra mile. For example, the manager overheard that my pregnant wife was craving for eggs Benedict and even though they were not on the menu he went out of his way and the next morning they surprised her with eggs Benedict.  Managers are always on sight making sure everything is running smoothly and it shows.  Rooms are not only tastefully designed but overly comfortable. The small details that are usually missing from hotels are taken care of: rooms with total darkness, the sheets, pillows and towels, the soap and shampoo are all top quality.  You must try the coconut lemonade. It's the best we have had.  Lighting and decor in all the hotel is just flawless. You feel all the time you are staying somewhere special.  Naio is a special place and highly recommended.

Location, good vibe and villa concepts, spacious, you did not see other guests, great pools, good food, decent prices at restaurants, helpful personnel, close to the city for alternative cafes and restaurants

Small things, no solid quality coffee, broken sunbed at apt(they could also use a soft covering), a gym would be nice and there is space to build a small spa for massages etc. Main bedroom would need better light setup. Otherwise a place we will consider to come back.

I am glad my partner and I decided to take a risk despite the negative comments about this hotel. This has been one of my favourite places whilst traveling in Colombia so far. It’s an incredible location with well equipped villas. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

The only thing that needs improvement is the food. Breakfast is good but the lunch / dinner options are really not at the level of this establishment. However, some of the villas / houses have a kitchen so you could cook for yourself. Or if driving, there are plenty of other hotels / hostels with yummy food nearby.

The property was insanely beautiful. It was nestled in the jungle and you really felt like you were in another world while staying at the hotel.

The food was very mediocre, and I was expecting much better quality for the price. We found tastier (and cheaper) food in town. For context, breakfast is 75,000 for the buffet and 55,000 if you only want a plate of eggs, bread, fruit, and a juice. That should honestly cost 20,000 at most. We were shocked!

Amazing location in Palomino. Stunning setting amid the jungle and the beach, the houses and villas are beatifully done. Very friendly and accomodating staff. The atrtended to our everty need. Very yummy food.

Conscious the hotel is still very new, the water treatment systems need to be improved. It's a pity to see some pipes and cables amid the otherwise spectacular beauty of the hotel's trees, gardens and buildings. Making them invisible will go a long way to increasing the luxury of the hotel!

The facilities are clean and looks new, nice gardens and good swimming pools.

The restaurant can be better: the hotel is so good in all aspects that it make you feel the food gets short. Breakfast was sooo good, but lunch/dinner dishes were not so good. Pizza should be oven baked and with proper ingredientes (dough tasted like bimbo tortillas), and other fish/sea food should taste fresher. Cocktail menu can be larger, and offer happy hours maybe?

The Facilities are beautiful and there are many options for you to relax and enjoy. The staff were very kind and attentive. The Villas are spacious and comfortable. The surroundings and vegetation are stunning. Breakfast is delicious and abundant

The prices in the restaurants are very high. For the quality of the food it feels way too expensive. You can get much better restaurants in the near hotels and in Palomino for almost half the price.

The hotel is amazing! Plenty of space and lovely cabins. Very good for families.

The beach area could be cleaned and renewed. The restaurant is really not great and some of our friends had food poissoning during our stay. The staff at the reception is friendly but it took us 1:30h to do check out.
