We liked the location, right off the freeway , close to mall, food, and entertainment. Our favorite thing was the 10 p.m. - 9 p.m. quiet time. That was everything. Shows the hotel considers their customers and wants them comfortable. I wish more would adapt this.

Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was later than we'd liked since we were there for a soccer tournament and had early morning games. The 7:00 weekend start time didn't benefit us. However, rooms have a kitchenette . The bathroom had a sliding door that had a weird space/gap where it was supposed to lock, not good since it could serve as a " peep" hole for curious little child eyes. The carpet had what seemed like sticky residue or spots because our socks kept catching.

This property was extremely clean and welcoming! The rooms were updated, modern and clean. Staff were friendly with great customer service! Requests to the front desk were filled incredibly fast and with a smile. The free breakfast was decent and pool/hot tub was clean and fun. Very accommodating! The only complaint we had was the beds. They were very uncomfortable, sheets were very stiff and mattress hard and lopsided.

The sofa bed was terrible and takes up space in the room so it’s difficult to move around The cleaning every three days was problematic as we didn’t get it on the third day and left on the 5th day! So the front desk replenished items as needed, just had to call!

Overall it's pretty good, staff are nice, location works perfect for my travel purpose, and I'm offered a room per my request (close but not next to the elevator, with sunshine in the room).

The windows in the room could be open but just very limited, 10% roughly, not enough for the resh air in the morning. Meanwhile, I think the car park should be included in the room rate.

The kitchenette was very convenient. My son really enjoyed the pool. The cleanliness of the room and the excellent attitude of the staff are all quite commendable.

Breakfast could have a bit more variation. It would be nice to have a kettle for hot water as part of the kitchen (using the coffee maker to boil hot water creates coffee scented hot water, unsuitable for tea).

Location was close to stores & restaurants. I particularly liked how close & easy it was to get on the highway to get anywhere.

Someone on our floor was a pot smoker. It was very obvious the moment the elevator doors opened. I know it is difficult for staff to know which room it was coming from, but with the odor that strong, surely something could have been done. I booked a mom-smoking hotel and it was not enforced.

The fridge was fantasic (the 5ish foot tall fridge). The bed was super comfortable - my husband andWill definitely stay here again. I are both super picky and tend to sleep better at home, but the bed at this Hyatt House in San Ramon proved to be the exception to that rule. It probably helped that there was a selection of pillows, ranging in firmness; I greatly appreciated that, I was able to find the perfect pillow for me. The shower was amazing and had wonderful water pressure. And this place had all the usual pluses of a good hotel: the staff were nice, everything was clean, there was a nice breakfast, etc. We usually stay at hotels closer to family, but this hotel is more than worth the extra few minutes drive for us.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We loved having the kitchen and sitting area to relax and watch a movie before retiring. This was a great stopping place during out 2 days of travel.

The breakfast, however, was terrible. The worst we've ever had in a hotel. The only thing I found that was good was the toasted bread with jam.

Convenience. Professional staff, safe and secure place, nice complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We have stayed here many times before and will continue to do so. We have high expectations, and this Hyatt has never disappointed us. Kudos to all the employees. Thank you to the entire staff. We will certainly be back.

We always stay at the Hyatt house in San Ramon! We absolutely love this location and we love the staff.

The wait to get a room because of the way everything is set up. Slowed us down some and I had my 3 year old with me so it was a waste of time if you ask me however protocols
