The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had an early flight and originally planned on just dropping off my bags in the morning, but they had the availability for me to check into the room early. The room was comfortable and perfect for my friend and me. The breakfast served at the hotel ranks as one of the best breakfasts I have had at any small run hotel. They prepared a cappuccino and fresh orange juice, incredible Azerbaijani style tomato and eggs, hot tandir bread, and warm doughnuts. Among many other local treats, fresh and dried fruit, and yogurt. It was lovely! The main host was extremely pleasant and welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel in Baku.

Our stay as a couple was great, the hotel is clean, comfortable and nice, and the staff is professional, friendly and kind. Though the city center is far, the street is one of the main streets for shopping and for the nightlife: there are many pubs and restaurants of high quality. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was great. The room is very nice, comfortable and warm, and the bathroom is clean with toiletries, bathrobes, towels and flip flops. The breakfast is super and exquisite: there are plenty of local sweets and dried fruits, fresh juice (especially pomegranate and orange), and they cook the best omelettes I have tried. The staff is very kind and they helped us in every request

Excellent hotel!! We loved our stay at home boutique hotel and they really made us feel at home! ❤️ Everyone in the staff was very professional, helpful and always treated us with a smile. Room was super clean and comfy. We enjoyed the traditional Azerbaijani breakfast with a huge spread of fruits and local sweets. The hotel is very conveniently located with only 10-20mins from Baku City Center and from most of the attractions in Baku. There are supermarkets and many eateries within walking distance. I can safely recommend this hotel to anyone visitng Baku. Thanks to Elmar, Seva, Tural, Ildarim and everyone at the hotel for making our stay extra memorable! 👏🏼

Everything was great

Out of the many hotels I've stayed at around the world, it's fair to say that Home Boutique is safely one of the best. my experience here was fantastic. Elmer and his team really ensured that I was taken care of - from check in to check out, they were helpful, kind and attentive. They made me, and from my observation, other guests too feel like home. The hotel was modern, very clean and well equipped. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and also quiet, despite being on the ground floor. The breakfast was amazing - there were many options, sweet and savory and definitely enough to fill you for most of the day. Sevench, (I'm sure I'm speeling her name wrong - pardon me) at the breakfast service was very sweet and kind. The location is very good. There are many supermarkets, food options and even bars around the hotel. The metro is about 10 minutes walk down-hill. Old town is about 30 minutes, which is a great work-out if you were like me and ate your way through Baku. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and experience at this Hotel and would very highly recommend anyone to stay here. It was a pleasure - thanks team!

Honestly, nothing not to like!

I have the best recommendations for this accommodation. Since we arrived, we were welcomed properly, the room is beautiful with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast served is perfect, with a wide selection and the friendliest staff serving it. We walked to the city center or used Bolt, so the accommodation is not far from all the main attractions. We have no complaints, and we have never experienced this level of service anywhere else as we have at your hotel. We will definitely come back to Baku someday and will choose this hotel again, which I warmly recommend to everyone. 🩷

We've had just a pleasant stay here. The only thing to regret, it was for a short time. And the mostly thing, we were excited of, were the service we found here. The staff is highly professional, friendly and helpful. For sure, whatever you expect of the service at a hotel, your experience will be above that. From the moment you entry the hotel and till the second, taxi takes you to the airport, you feel you're VIP and you are welcome. And a really charming atmosphere makes you feel you're home, just like the name of the hotel promises. The equipment we found fitting the hotel format - not high-end, but of truly good quality, in good condition, and very clean. Particularly to mention is the equipment that cares of the privacy and of the security for guests. The location is another plus of the hotel - so, the surrounding isn't really fabulous, but it's quiet, and it's just a step away from any of famous places in the town. Now, we're waiting for the next opportunity to visit Baku - then we will stay at the Home Boutuque Hotel again, for sure.

10/10 outstanding boutique hotel. They have around 8-10 rooms only to ensure they deliver the personal touch. Everyone was friendly and always ensuring whatever we needed was being fulfilled. Breakfast spread - outstanding with mix of local and western items. Ilmer hosting the breakfast was the best ensuring we were well taken care of. Reception Gala and Thural and Elnac were very friendly and helpful. Location- this is a local neighbourhood but still close enough to the touristy part of town which can be reached very easily. Since being a local part of town, you will find genuine local bakeries and pubs with local vibes and local prices! There is also a bravo supermarket next to hotel, very convenient to pickup snacks and water for the day.

The staff provided exceptional hospitality, always greeting us with warm smiles and continuously asking how they could improve our stay, which was truly appreciated. The breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh fruits from their own garden. It's rare to find organic fresh fruits in hotels, and it was fantastic! We were also treated to delightful sweets, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well-prepared, with daily cleaning and bed linen changes. Each day, we received a bottle of water, and the beds were very comfortable.

We were given a room with no natural daylight, blocked by the adjacent building, making it dark 24/7 and very uncomfortable. I didn’t request a change since our stay was only three nights, but this issue should be disclosed before booking. Staying in such a room was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the carpet flooring in both the room and hallway is outdated and needs replacement.

We stayed one night, after a round trip by car, in a room on the ground floor. Ideal is the fenced parking lot of the hotel, where we could park our rental car. The room was not that big, but very neatly and comfortable with good beds. Although we had a room in a corridor near the reception, the room was quiet because the rooms were separated from the reception with a door. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on our table; a joy to see and very tasty to eat, probably the best during our holiday. The location is not close to the centre/Fountain Square (about 25 minutes walk), but because of the quality of this hotel - and our earlier very disappointing experience with the Central Park Hotel - we did not bother.

We were welcomed as if we were family. The checkin process went fast and professional. Our room was on first floor and had everything we needed. Even soft bathrobes, fridge, kettle, quality toiletries. Outlets where we needed them. Great Wifi too. Enclosed shower stall. Tasteful decor. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable and linens good quality. Little did we know, the best was yet to come, the next morning breakfast, which btw was set up 30 minutes early because we needed to leave early, was THE breakfast of breakfasts. Fresh breads, and juice, cappuccino, and delicious ripe in seasonal fruits,mulberries, cherries, bananas, peaches and more. And if that wasn’t enough a huge selection of pastries, cookies nuts plus a choice of hot menu options. The location is near supermarkets and other shops. A Bolt taxi to Old Town is 3 manat.

The only thing we’re sorry about is that we didn’t stay here our first 5 days in Baku.
