Staff were amazing- so welcoming. Rooms were clean with solid comfortable furniture. Cleaning was regular- nearly every day. Location is great/ supermarket just opposite. Lots of shops and restaurants v close by. Beautiful Beach a 5 minute walk- lovely shallow waters so feels warm. Very family friendly place, wouldn't appeal to party goers. Life guard at pool a lot of the time. Plenty of entertainment - water a robot, kids disco, singers etc. officially Rated 3 star in 2024 but feels a 4 star - maybe lost a star because it's not huge or only has 2 pools outside. Will def be back!

Not apartments- it's a self catering hotel room with a microwave and coffee machine. Lack of security - no obvious cctv. Air con could be better.

It was very comfy, we didn’t have meals in our booking but bought them directly in hotel - the restaurant was quite cool - plenty things to choose from! We also love the inside pool, small but nice since the outside one was too cold.

We had a cockroach in our room which then made the stuff to fix something for half a day in our bathroom, even though it was our last day and they could maybe wait a day to fix something we didn’t even notice. Beside that all was fine

The service was extraordinary friendly and supportive for any question and super attentive for our little daughter, from reception via cleaning ladies to the waiters in the restaurant! For families perfect!👌🏻

The light outside could not be switched off by a button, so the light infront of the terrace was attracting a lot of mosquitoes. Just unscrewed the bulb then no mosquitoes anymore!😉

Great location, close to the harbour with many restaurants, across the road to the beach and within reasonable walking distance to the old town. The hotel is big and clean and nice rooms. The 13 year old was very happy with the sofabed.

Very crowded pool, as expected in the high season. They allow the regular morning run-out to reserve sunbeds by the pool, even though the have signs saying it is not allowed. Just remove the «rules» if you don’t play by them…

Nice deep pool, activities in big pool were great and fun during our stay. Nice modern rooms, spacious, comfortable sofa in one-bedroom apartment. The best hairdryer I ever seen in hotels!!! 5 star for that!! Fast and didn't have to use styler afterwards as hair looked sleek and ready to go out. Nice food in buffet, better that in most places we experienced recently. Good breakfast choice (not boring). Evening entertainment were nice. Good access to sea just across the road with wide sandy beach.

Wasn't too many my sons age kids (only very small or much older), which probably was to time related as we stayed in early September. The reception are is a bit too small.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.

Nothing I didn't like. I missed a softer pillow...but leaving a wet cold UK for blue sky and smiling faces ...was a delight and I will return..

Nice personnel, high quality service, varied, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, spacious, well equipped appartment, short walking distance to the beach.

No private parking, needed to search quite a long time to find some place in neighborhood.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size and lots to do with entertainment on every day and night

The pool was great but a very steep slope walking into the pool and has no stairs. Beds were a bit hard but overall a great place to stay.

The staff are just incredible, well done everyone. Very authentically nice, helpful amd friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location, I will recommend to friends. The facilities are brilliant. Keep up the great work!

It would be a nice addition to add a plug in insect repellent in every room.

Location was superb. Very close to the beach and a 20/25min walk to the old town. Very family friendly. Staff super helpful with anything you needed.

Some noise sealing around the hallway door would be helpful.
