We had a fantastic time at L’Host Boutique Rooms. The building is incredible central, less than five min walk from the main square and is so beautiful with tasteful decor and exposed traditional beams. We stayed on the top floor and had a balcony which allowed for evenings watching the sunset and the swifts dance above the rooftops of pollenca. Unforgettable! The staff are also very lovely and attentive, all are friendly enough that I dealt comfortable to ask any questions I had about the village or queries about my stay (and I am quite an anxious person so this was greatly appreciated) Overall super lovely and will 100% be coming again

L'Host Boutique Rooms was just a long list of pleasant surprises for me. I travel alone a lot and most accomodations are acceptable, but very few are exceptional. This little hotel falls into the exceptional catagory. Joanna, the owner answered my texts promptly, was waiting for me outside of the hotel to greet me and offered excellent tips on side trips I could take and made sure that I had everything I needed. L'Host Boutique has everything I could want in a place to stay. It is modern, clean, within steps to shops, restaurants and public transportation and is super quiet. Located in the heart of the Old Town, I felt as if I had entered a fantasy world. Pollença is a beautiful place to visit and finding L'Host Boutique made my stay exceptional! Thank you Joanna.

I had to think long and hard, and there is nothing that I didn't like. A microwave oven in the lobby area near the coffee machine would be a nice addition though.

On a narrow quiet lane just off the main square so it is in a great location in the old town. It was also just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop. Helpful hosts. Lent us beach towels. Easy to get to Port Pollensa by bus and to other prettier beaches. Room was modern and the room and all public spaces were very clean. There is a lift to 1st and 2nd floors and a large seating area on the ground floor with a coffee machine. It was self service with a 1 euro honesty charge.

Well this is a minus and plus. The bed was too hard for us but they offered us a different room for the 2nd and 3rd night with a softer bed.

We have visited this property in March 24 for the 2nd time. This time we booked 2 rooms, one for us two and 2nd for an elderly relative. Both were great, although I would recommend to have at least one room accessible with a walk in shower. For 2 nights this was great, however for a longer stay, she would sadly not be able to have a shower. Having said that, it's up to us to find an appropriate place rather than complain one doesn't have what we would need therefore, we are only suggesting this and we didn't find a lack of walk in shower a problem on this occasion. Everything was perfect, very clean and specious rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and easily contactable host whom answered all questions. Location is amazing and even though we had a rented mobility scooter, our senior decided to walk everywhere! We will be staying here many more times as we visit Pollenca often.Thank you for a great stay and being so helpful.

Staff just left us alone which I like. I fact, the day before we were due to leave, I have to remind them that we hadn't paid the city tax. The location is perfect

Noises in corridor but I think it was just that the room next to us had someone in who thinks the way to close a door at 1am is to open it wide and then throw it at the hole. Our 3am checkout gave him a taste of his own medicine though.

I should say that we were moved by receptionist to another hotel of this chain as there was an issue with hot water this day in the hostel, so we stayed in the hotel which is situated in plaza Major. The receptionist was very knowledgeable, he recommend us several plans of activity for our stay. Room was clean and spacious. It was a perfect stay!

Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff. Water cooler downstairs. We had a nice balcony to enjoy. Mini fridge in the room. Airconditioning good. Breakfast provided in the square nearby was nice.

Shower temperature was variable but the view out of the window while showering made up for it! Our fridge got turned off during a room clean so we had to throw some food out.

Nice and big room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location.

Bed was very hard. There where a lot of small issues in the room that would require some maintenance. Holder for towels loose; power outlet loose; awning not working... could easily be fixed... Entry of the hotel messy... could actually also easy be improved. Generally the hotel could require a nice finish.

Clean, comfortable and cool bedroom in quiet street just off the main square of Pollensa with good restaurants and cafes nearby. Worth paying extra for private parking just round the corner while tea/coffee making facilities were a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home.

Very central, calm and cool, and room was lovely. It had everything we needed including a balcony overlooking the monastery. The Modern Art throughout the hotel was lovely and a huge bonus

The Hotel wasn't manned with staff very often and so we couldn't get as much information about Pollenca, places to see, best places to eat etc
