Walking into the room, the sun was shining through the window and we were delighted. Tastefully and subtly decorated, it was a great size room for two people to stay very comfortably. Juan was a brilliant host, with good advice and recommendations, always polite and friendly. The jacuzzi on the roof was icing on the cake, looking at the sun set over the mountains and listening to the church bells. There was tea and coffee available in the reception area as well as a water dispenser.

What a beautifully charming hotel in an unbeatable location! Excellent communication before my stay. I arrived early & my room was ready shortly after which was great. The lady at reception (blonde hair) was kind, gentle and welcoming. Lovely Spanish service with a smile! The design of the hotel is traditional, old world Spanish style and I loved it! You really feel like you are in Spain and not a standard modern hotel where you could be anywhere in the world. The location, in a busy square, is perfection. The views are incredible. Despite its central location, I heard no noise at night and slept like a baby! Excellent soundproofing. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Great to have a fridge in the room and I huge smart TV for Netflix etc. A/C worked well. The hotel provides beach towels free of charge and tea/coffee making facilities at reception. Very clean and cleaned well daily. Great views from the rooftop where the jacuzzi is located. I’d recommend coinciding your stay with the market which is on Sundays as there is such a buzz around! A short 5 minute walk from the main bus stop which I arrived at from Palma & I also regularly got the bus from here to the nearby Port de Pollenca which runs approx every 30mins and is only a 10 minute journey. Pollença is a gorgeous little town, full of character, and I loved it even more because of Hotel Juma!

I was so happy to see the room had a balcony! Would be lovely to have a small chair/stool to sit on it in the evenings.

The room was delightful with beautiful views of the main square and scenery beyond. Everything was very clean and it had a homely feel. The staff I came across were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I only had the breakfast on the first day and didn't have all the options. I would say the breakfast experience was the one thing that didn't quite meet expectations - possibly due to the man that served me being a bit surly and not overly friendly It is not easy to park nearby to unload cumbersome luggage but I managed!

We loved our second stay this year having stayed here five weeks ago for one week in this lovely quaint hotel. The location is perfect right in the centre of the beautiful old town. The bedroom was very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast choice was extensive, delicious and really well presented and the staff were friendly and efficient. It never disappoints and we will definitely be booking again.

This is a lovely hotel located in a small building at the corner of the Main Square, with stylish interior. Our recently refurbished room was a corner room, with nice view to two directions, just under the roof sun terrace, where is by the way a jacuzzi available for all hotel guests. The bed was comfortable. The milieu was friendly and personal. The breakfast was not buffet type, but rich and really tasty. If you arrive by car, there is a possibility to reserve an own private parking place nearby (cca 200m, 3min) at a moderate cost.

I cannot mention anything. We have travelled to dozens of countries to various places, but this was one of our best experiences ever. (I can imagine that during peak season the surrounding might be somewhat crowded and noisy, but we definitely did not find so.)

A wonderful little family run for four generations, hotel. Simple, part of the historic main square and beautiful inside. Well run and spotlessly clean. The location is to die for the square outside is the beating heart of a wonderful Spanish town full of restaurants, beautiful people of all sorts and children playing happily. A joy to be part of

Navigating in, in a rental car. DON'T FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS (I tried). keep to the wide streets and park, walk up and work out where you might park near to the hotel we got within 2-3 min walk every day.

Everything was perfect! One of the best places I've ever stayed at. What a beautiful hotel! The location was amazing. Literally on the main square of Pollenca. I opened my window every morning to that beautiful, picturesque view of the town and the mountain. How stunning! The room was spotlessly cleaned. I loved it. If I ever go back to Mallorca, I'll definitely rebook it. Muchas gracias! You made our holiday even better!

Excellent position, and well looked after historic hotel

No breakfast available because the chef was ill. Given a voucher for cafe next door. Voucher €12 bought one cup of coffee orange juice and a croissant or small baguette with ham and cheese. Extra cup of coffee cost more. Conclusion poor value breakfast with no choice

A really lovely hotel with a fantastic location in a beautiful area - I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Pollenca.

Very sadly I was unable to stay on the first of my 2 booked nights, due to an extremely frustrating and unavoidable mess made by Wizzair, which prevented me from arriving until the next day. Obviously, this was not the fault of the hotel, but I really would have preferred to stay at the hotel rather than be stuck at the airport all night.

Excellent breakfast served in the pretty square. A very good choice is offered and served by friendly staff. Hotel Juma is a pretty traditional hotel in a super location. It is spotlessly clean and the team are very helpful. We will definitely book again on our next trip.

The hotel is in the middle of the main square full of lively restaurants and music in the evening so not for anyone looking for a very quiet place. We loved it and highly recommend this hotel.
