Location, room and breakfast were great.

No key - had to use app which hadn’t been explained beforehand and no WhatsApp sent. Got stuck in lift and staff member couldn’t get hold of boss to ask what to do which was unfair on him as he was trying to rescue me and also continue to serve breakfast.

Location is great, right in the heart of Pollenca! Our room was super clean, comfortable and very quiet. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant right downstairs. The pastries were amazing! As for parking, it's only a short 10 minute walk away...

This really IS an exceptional place to stay. Right in the middle of the town, but totally quiet, so we slept so well. Breakfast was excellent, at the adjoining restaurant. Thank you to Augusto for making us feel so welcome, being right on it with comms and for being so patient with my initial tech/navigational issues!

Has everything you need Comfy bed Quiet despite being central Delicious breakfast

Entry with a door code which was absolutely fine but we were worried about getting there at a specific time. Would have been good to understand we would be given the code on arrival and. It stressed!

The traditional refurbishment was perfect the location was amazing and the restaurant attached was excellent as we're the staff.

The only thing missing was outside areas which we appreciate is difficult if not impossible

Management, staff, room, location, breakfast, cleanliness were all excellent. Highly recommend this small hotel.

Very good breakfast and location was perfect - in the middle of the old town near the Calvari steps. Perfect for the Sunday market.
