Very good location in cozy and busy area, close to all the places must visit. The apartment itself well furbished.

WC area a bit small, no place to put the stuff, doors do not close. Kitchen also a bit small, no microwave. Also have in mind that the area is very busy at night, so noisy.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in a side street approximately 200m from the main building. Location-wise it was perfect, exactly what we wanted, right in the heart of Trastevere with restaurants literally on the doorstep. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The double-glazed windows were great for limiting street noise. The building is old and has some character. The staff on reception in the main building were very friendly and helpful, and made the apartment available early to accommodate our arrival ahead of the normal check-in time.

The room looked a bit different from the photos, and it turned out to be more of an old apartment setup rather than a traditional hotel. The reception is located in the corridor, which gives the impression of a hotel, but the overall atmosphere feels more residential. One thing to note is that the electricity in the room seems to switch off automatically after a certain period. For example, I tried to charge my phone overnight, but the power seemed to cut off after around two hours. In the morning, it can get quite noisy when breakfast is being prepared, as the kitchen is located just opposite the room. Also, I noticed that one of the yogurts provided had passed its expiration date. Aside from these points, everything else was good, and I appreciated the stay overall.

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel, near enough to all the main tourist areas but nestled away on the opposite side from what can feel like a tourist trap. Everything about Trastevere felt so authentic & charming. The hotel itself is small, no bar which we didn’t mind as there are plenty in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was ample continental style with pleasant terraced area. Our room was fine, I was a little disappointed by the size as we booked one of the larger rooms, was lacking storage space, could have done with some bedside lockers but it was ok, bed was very comfortable. Needed a replacement hair dryer & was given a really good one without hesitation. The shower was pretty good and fresh towels replaced as required. We didn’t have any issue with noise like I had read in previous reviews and slept with windows ajar. We used heating & aircon without issue too. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We had a late arrival and Emma made it so easy to check in. She went above and beyond in helping us with travel details for our day trip to Florence. We planned to leave early in the morning and she helped facilitate us booking a car to drive us to Rome Termini. We were given breakfast in our room the night before because we'd leave too early and miss it that morning. We stayed during Christmas and it was lovely and special to be in Rome during the holidays. We loved to location. It was close enough to all of the things we wanted to see. We walked everywhere and enjoyed how many steps we'd get everyday. We could walk to Vatican City, the Campo de'Fiori, Pantheon, and Colosseum. We loved that it was just outside the very touristy areas, but close enough that you could walk to everything or easily take a taxi. Highly recommend staying here and in the Trastevere neighborhood.

Location was superb , Angela ( lady at the reception ) was amazing and very helpful . Breakfast was nice - some ham, cheese , salami , tomatoes , cucumbers , eggs - yoghurts , cakes , bread and fruits - juices - coffees . You don’t need any more . Room we have included main room , little room and bathrooms. For two adults and one child was perfect . Selection of sweets , nuts and drinks in the room plus teas and coffees available ( jar included ) . We came to Rome to explore Rome - for that occasion room Was perfect .

Can be a bit noisy in the evening and at night as the property is in the middle of amazing Trastavere area . Did not bother us - you must close windows .

very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and beautiful room, just in the core of Rome, perfect to walk around and to reach fine restaurants and charming little alleys to wander around; very close to the Botanical Garden; just across the Tiber you can easily reach other interesting neighborhoods and museums on foot; the room was very silent in the night, in spite of the movida (but I was there in a working day); a good, varied and abundant breakfast was served outside on a small terrace. I was there for working reasons, but I could totally appreciate the stay thanks to this mix of positive aspects. I definitely recommend it.

You can’t beat this location- it’s in Trastevere, close to everything and in a neighborhood. The room was comfortable and what I expected in a European room. Breakfast and the courtyard was nice. The location is the best part of this accommodation. The staff were also quite wonderful- very accommodating and helped book several taxis for me to and from the airport and from the train station. They were very nice and helpful! You’re steps away from both a lively neighborhood with lovely restaurants and shops and just across the bridge from the lively sites of Rome.

As a solo female traveler- please note that there is no staff there 24/7. It can be loud as it’s in a lively neighborhood, so ear plugs and a noise machine are helpful. There’s also no common area besides the terrace, which I didn’t really mind!

The room was excellent and overlooked a square where street performers played nightly. The downside meant it was quite noisy despite double glazing and heavy curtains - and earplugs! We are in our late 70's and enjoyed being able tp partake at a distance in the comfort of our own room regardless.

Unable to access a shower room due to holiday arrangements being unexpectedly changed and pick up time altered . However staff were great and allowed us the use of a washroom, outside of our ooking, which enabled us to wash and change as required

The location was spectacular right next to Piazza Trilussa, where it was hustling and bustling every day with locals and tourists enjoying the street performers. In addition, accessing the riverside and the mini fair was so convenient for us (across the street down the stairs). The hotel was so accommodating by placing a baby crib in the room, which made the spacious room a bit crammed but comfortable for all of us to sleep independently.

The elevator can only be accessed from the first floor, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us since we had a stroller all the time, but the reception was so nice and friendly by suggesting that we can keep the stroller in the ground floor with them. The breakfast wasn't that rich in options: some pastries, cheese, ham, cucumber, tomatoes, jam, boiled eggs and 2 options of cereal. However, it was enough and fulfilling for our active days touring the city.
