It was a terrific breakfast provided! The coffee was delicious and staff members kept it clean and stocked

I was still so sore about being told there was 24 hour service for shuttle to get to this hotel. It was the only thing I was concerned about as we came in late like around midnight from the landing there is not 24 hour shuttle service they say it’s 24 hour service but if you read it again, it says That it’s only certain hours out of 24 hours! This is double talk! I’ve told people about this and they seem to be not interested in changing the wordage. It upsets me that I actually called the reservation center and they told me it was a 24 hour service

I had requested an airport shuttle and was told that it would be there on the hour every hour. No shuttle ever showed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours. This was very disappointing.

We disliked that we did not have the accommodation requested even though we had a confirmation. We were told we could cancel free of charge to look for another hotel. Luckily Jose was able to accommodate us but in the third floor and having to use stairs because the elevator was not working. Being handicapped person with bad legs and a bad back, I did not know if I would make it all the way up and informed this to Jose. I did tell Jose that I would call him if I needed his help and he was very generous in offering me the help I needed if need be. Thank you so very much Jose. Once I was in my room I stayed upstairs until I had to leave.

I booked specifically for the airport shuttle. When I called before booking, I was told that it ran 24 hours a day but when I arrived, I learned that it started at 7am on weekends. I ended up having to pay $30 for an Uber. Please be more clear about your shuttle hours.

Really comfortable beds, opening hours of the pool. Lady on check-in desk was really kind. The boy in the morning not so much. Shutlle was also good, in price and in time. I mean, that I come back again here.

We have room which was part of biger room, So the wall between them Are very thin. And we have no luck, next to us where big family and they have some party or what (children screaming) to 4 o'clock in the morning. When I ask them in two o'clock to stop noise they said that IT Is only children And they can't stop them 🤣 So my little girl can't sleep. Well...But it Is not about the hotel quality. Just be careful which room You have. Around the hotel Is not restaurant,just one fastfood, You can only order delivery od food.

I loved how near to the airport it is. I really liked it's not a noisy hotel. I was looking for a place to sleep and had a good night sleep.

The lady at reception wasn't welcoming. I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and she din't explain me where to reach it. I called the hotel 3 times. At the end I had to pay my own transportation to the hotel.

I like the overall price and the breakfast was really really good! There was a guy named Jose who worked the overnight shift at the front desk and he was helpful and friendly, definitely made our time there a smooth one.

I didn’t like that the bathroom wasnt that clean and had a weird smell near the toilet. We did everything we could to get rid of it but it stayed. Other than that everything else was really clean.

Our stay was just for 7 hours for a flight layover. We were able to get an early check in which was great. Staff were great. Despite hot weather, the pool was already closed for the season which was disappointing, but the gym was nice. Hotel and rooms very clean and comfortable. You need to be a bit flexible with the airport shuttle however, it's a shuttle not an Uber. :)

Comfortable room. We had a short stay but everything was pleasant. We arrived in on a late flight and shuttle arrived in a timely manner, we liked that the shuttle was 24hrs. We utilized the airport shuttle twice and it was easy and so convenient! Convenient having a complimentary breakfast.

No complaints at all

Breakfast was great and situated where we could view the beautiful Texas Sunrise.

We had thought there was a restaurant near by so were lucky to have a few crackers and cheese to tie us over. Also make sure if you stay you have the street number as our taxi driver didn't know which of these hotels to go to so that was a bit stressful.
