It was a terrific breakfast provided! The coffee was delicious and staff members kept it clean and stocked

I was still so sore about being told there was 24 hour service for shuttle to get to this hotel. It was the only thing I was concerned about as we came in late like around midnight from the landing there is not 24 hour shuttle service they say it’s 24 hour service but if you read it again, it says That it’s only certain hours out of 24 hours! This is double talk! I’ve told people about this and they seem to be not interested in changing the wordage. It upsets me that I actually called the reservation center and they told me it was a 24 hour service

We disliked that we did not have the accommodation requested even though we had a confirmation. We were told we could cancel free of charge to look for another hotel. Luckily Jose was able to accommodate us but in the third floor and having to use stairs because the elevator was not working. Being handicapped person with bad legs and a bad back, I did not know if I would make it all the way up and informed this to Jose. I did tell Jose that I would call him if I needed his help and he was very generous in offering me the help I needed if need be. Thank you so very much Jose. Once I was in my room I stayed upstairs until I had to leave.

I had requested an airport shuttle and was told that it would be there on the hour every hour. No shuttle ever showed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours. This was very disappointing.

The only thing I didn’t like this time was that he elevators were down! But I really appreciate the courtesy call from the staff letting me know before I arrived and getting me in on the 2nd floor so it wasn’t too bad going up just to flights of stairs! They also offered to help with luggage if someone was available

I booked specifically for the airport shuttle. When I called before booking, I was told that it ran 24 hours a day but when I arrived, I learned that it started at 7am on weekends. I ended up having to pay $30 for an Uber. Please be more clear about your shuttle hours.

Really comfortable beds, opening hours of the pool. Lady on check-in desk was really kind. The boy in the morning not so much. Shutlle was also good, in price and in time. I mean, that I come back again here.

We have room which was part of biger room, So the wall between them Are very thin. And we have no luck, next to us where big family and they have some party or what (children screaming) to 4 o'clock in the morning. When I ask them in two o'clock to stop noise they said that IT Is only children And they can't stop them 🤣 So my little girl can't sleep. Well...But it Is not about the hotel quality. Just be careful which room You have. Around the hotel Is not restaurant,just one fastfood, You can only order delivery od food.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, decent breakfast selections, pleasant staff. Gene, the shuttle driver is very nice.

This hotel is a bit hard to get to, with a service road that is difficult to maneuver. Nice diffused lighting, but the light switches are very confusing with a "master switch" by the door to make it easy to turn off or on all lights at 1 time. Takes a bit to figure out. Very irritating!

Loved the room and the location of the room in the building. It was peaceful and the front desk staff was amazing. Being on the Beltway allowed me to get all around Houston with very little traffic.

Location. I saw a lady get naked and soliciting sex at the corner store next to the hotel. Thats was crazy, I never experienced that before.

I loved how near to the airport it is. I really liked it's not a noisy hotel. I was looking for a place to sleep and had a good night sleep.

The lady at reception wasn't welcoming. I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and she din't explain me where to reach it. I called the hotel 3 times. At the end I had to pay my own transportation to the hotel.

Breakfast was great. Even coffee was good. We enjoyed it. Even the lady from the front wrote down me a list of things to do with our 10 year old son. And we went to the space center in Houston..

That the truck drivers park where is the only entrance to get in or out. I think they should have a bigger space for truck drivers to park
