There's nothing to not like. Free wifi, free breakfast bar, clean rooms, friendly staff, fast maintenance requests, very accommodating, quick to solve problems, excellent customer service, etc.

Suggestions to improve: use smaller bottles or move bottles up so it's easier to use hot water in the showers, change position of toilet roll to side instead of reaching back to try to get toilet paper or a small stand in front of the toilet, use more functional drawers instead of decorative drawers for guests which is helpful for organizing in bathroom and room areas, provide a tourist guide for every guest and an informational packet for the hotel especially when new to the Pittsburgh area, provide transportation guide available such as busses and other transportation information that's available in the area, provide recommendations for place to see in the area for attractions and other places to visit.

The breakfast area was neat and tidy and the staff were ALWAYS kind and helpful. My room has clean and comfortable. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was AMAZING! I felt safe, respected, and happy! The young person that works the evening shift WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were SO kind, SO helpful, and SOOO PATIENT! The staff left a POSITIVE impression on me. The next time I come to Pittsburg I'm coming back to this hotel! OH! and the shower was HEAVENLY!

N/A I enjoyed everything about my stay

We only spent one night here. We were in town for a family member having an organ transplant. The staff was wonderful. One of the housekeepers overheard that we wouldn't have time for breakfast, and she made us to go bags. She told us we would need food to keep up our strength and get through the long day. She was a bright light in our day. The receptionist was also very personable and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. One of my best hotel experiences!

The room was awesome! Comfy beds, great water pressure, hotel breakfast was great, very convenient place! We really enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom door doesn't have a lock and slides, can be very difficult especially with a little one. Also no exhaust fans on the bathroom.

The hotel staff were amazing!! We really appreciated that they seemed to go above and beyond, despite undoubtedly being overworked during such a busy game weekend. Demonte in particular offered to bring pillows up to us when we requested more, depsite assuring him it would be okay if we went down to meet him. They just seemed to go above and beyond. Also, the shuttle and shuttle driver were more that accommodating for getting us where we needed to go, whether it be the trolly for game Sunday or the pickup/drop off at the market Square. He seemed like a great guy.

Pillows were a bit thin, we had to request more.

We went down for breakfast at 7am and it was mostly all gone. The woman said she was the only one working and she had no help. No coffee, no waffles, no OJ. I was very disappointed since this was the main reason I usually chose the Hampton Inn.

Bathroom very clean. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast had a great selection and food was fresh. The staff was friendly. Complimentary coffee throughout the day. Exercise room.

I didn't find anything bad. It was a fine place.

Good room, clean and comfortable, nice even temperature maintained in the room as well.

The phone in the room had some sort of issue, the red message light kept blinking and we couldn't clear it so threw a towel over it to cover up at night. We had a three night stay and the room wasn't well stocked for Toilet Paper, seen cleaning crew in the hallway and asked for some, they said we had to ask the front desk ourselves for it. So, since there was some sort of telephone issue (not workng properly) we took the elevator (8 floors down) walked to the front desk and asked for some (yep, other people waiting in line got to watch and listen in as my husband had to raise his voice to ask for "TP' since the hotel clerk had difficulty understanding what we needed! Question, why couldn't the cleaning staff just contact the front desk to get approval to give us the Toilet Paper?????

I enjoyed the fruit flavored water that was available in the lobby! I enjoyed the spacious room and the comfort provided. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciated the texts checking in my stay.

All was good as usual but because I went through booking .com I didn't receive points for this visit, and it wasn't showing on my honors app and I couldn't use digital key.
