Great property

Shortly before I left for this trip, I saw the same property at half of the price I paid. I tried to make a price adjustment for one of the nights of the two nights of my stay, and Booking.com said I could not do that. I had to be the exact nights. Honestly, what it does is make me not want to book anything until the day I travel I would suggest you rethink your policy there. That is pretty frustrating and makes you feel like you are way overpaying for something. Other than that it was excellent.

Great location opposite Union Station - you could catch the train from the airport, but parking is also available. We had a very spacious two bedroom / two bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and dryer. The unit was modern, spotlesssly clean and quiet. It had good wifi and there was a range of facilities within the building as well as a supermarket next door.

You can't access reception or the hotel directlly from the car park until after you check in. You need a code for the lift.

Great location, nearby everything you could need and also just seemingly the better area of Denver to be in. We had great views of Union Station and Coors Stadium. The size of the property is much bigger than it looks in photos, the windows keep sound out very well so you get to see the hustle and bustle below without hearing it.

The beds were only queen sized, which based on the size of the room didn’t really make sense, could have easily been California Kings and would have been more comfortable for couples as such. There was also a slight sewage smell in one of the bathrooms.

The location is fantastic, right across from Union Station, with lots of restaurants, shopping, galleries, groceries, and things to do within a block or two, and of course all the transportation options Union Station offers to get anywhere else you want to go in Denver. The 24/7 staff at the front desk was super helpful, always available for anything I needed. I was surprised to find the extensive amenities available to residents was also available to guests, like coworking space, a very impressive gym, the pool, etc. I was able to make reservations to use the conference room several times which was really helpful for work. The room itself was a full apartment, clean and comfortable, a good home away from home for my week+ long stay. I especially appreciated the full size washer/dryer available in the apartment.

The fridge made a terrible sound intermittantly. Someone should check into that.

The amenities of this stay were absolutely wonderful. I loved the use of the gym, the TRX room, the pool, the hot tub. It was just a great time. The location is great for walking around town and is great to walk or light rail to Ball arena and to many great restaurants.

When we first showed up, there was no available staff to greet us and we were left on our own to check in. The codes to get into the common spaces and to our room were not right and there was a lot of confusion and chaos. I just felt like that could have been more streamlined. Also, mentioning ahead of time about the parking garage would have made some of our guess work much easier too.

The staff were great! Very warm and receptive to us both. We were helped across the street to the hotel personally as my husband is extremely disabled and can’t walk. Conner waited with us until an Uber ride showed up to get us to the front door of the hotel.

The coffee in the morning refuge area. Had to have a special app downloaded to your phone that took over 5 minutes for the coffee maker to download. There was a long line of guests lining up to get what wound up being a half cup. I’d have gladly paid $10.00 to be given a hot cup with someone I could personally thank. Same thing with garage parking. Had to have an app for each and every hotel garage or get stuck and having to back out.

Location and comfort..Union Station is THE pick up point for tours and a 5 minute walk. Whole Foods Market next door, free Town Shuttle and Metro a 5 minute walk and restaurants abound. The unit was very comfortable and clean with modern amenities.

So minor and picky BUT there were no instructions on how to set up the Smart TV ( connect the WiFi first) or use the air con which was finicky and suddenly started heating. And a huge lounge that made moving around awkward, but really.....it was great for 5 nights.

Leisure and fitness facilities were great. Having a self catering kitchen in the room/apartment made a world of difference to eating healthily during my stay as I was in control. The nearby elevator with access to many levels including car parking meant I was just seconds from the car. Washer and dryer in the room is great to have. Great location for tours from union station, and to be self catering with a Wholefoods supermarket downstairs is a superb combination for easy access to healthy options stocking up for your stay. Plenty of kitchenware and tableware was provided and was ummaculately clean and hygienic making catering stress free and provided options to get creative.

If I am to be picky; the floors were not very clean; I dropped my keys and spotted a load of dust build-up under the cabinets. The bedroom sub division made the bed feel like it is in a corridor ( it kind of is). The mattress wasn't suited to me (if you like it soft- it would be great for you)

The location was fantastic right near Union Station. It's dog friendly and there is a park near by to walk said furry friends. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the indoor facilities were very inviting. There is a large communal kitchen even though the room have kitchenettes. Overall, this property is fantastic and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Staff were also super friendly.

Not much not to like. Maybe the expensive parking, but that is to be expected. Overall this property rocks.

The only recommendation I have is to more clearly state that parking is extra at $30 a day.
