The location was excellent; near the Milan central station, and also very close to metro. The room was clean and very well equipped for a family. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very cooperative. Jezza and Diego were very kind and welcoming at the breakfast, which is appreciated. Also staff at the reception was very cooperative; for example, Isabella was very kind and helpful.

I recently discovered this hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise. It's well-located, just a short walk from the central train station and only 3 minutes from the metro. The area is vibrant, with plenty of cafes and shops for quick meals and essentials.Inside, the rooms feature a modern design and are well-lit. Despite being close to the street, my room was surprisingly quiet. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. The hotel offers a warm welcome message and thoughtful little gifts like cookies, chocolates, water, and a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. In a world that often feels rushed and commercial, these small gestures make a significant difference.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Jezza in the breakfast area, who was exceptionally attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

C-Hotel Altantic was a great and well located hotel in close proximity to the train station which is great for tourist with luggages that they have to lug around. The place and the streets around the hotel was safe with little homeless roaming around or unwanted individuals roaming the hotel and vicinity, thats key to the overall experience and ambience of the streets. The rooms were clean, comfortable and decent spacious. What made the stay really memorable and a big hall mark of the trip was the great staff, special mention to Daniele who provided superbly great service and warmth in terms of providing us locations we could visit, restaurants and cafes we could try out that locals themselves would visit. He represented what it means to be a great service staff; warm, welcoming and well informed in providing the advice on Milan especially first time visitors. Not to forget, Adriana who was handling the bar counter who made sure to give a warm welcoming vibe whenever we were at the bar. Both service staff experience made the stay at C-Hotel Altantic wonderful, and a great representation of Italy's culture and people.

Very convenient location. Just a few hundred meters from the Metro station and the Milano Centrale station. There is also a convenient store just across the street and a few restaurants around. The room was comfortable. There was a minibar and a kettle, and there were toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a safe in the wardrobe that you can use. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and there were a lot of choices to be had. Scrambled eggs, frittata, bacon, sausages, cold cuts, cheese, bread, puff pastries, cereal, fruit etc.. The staff, especially Ally, was very pleasant and helpful. We asked if it was possible for a slightly late checkout (check-out is at 11am, but our train was at 1pm), and she was very accommodating.

Negative point : No restaurants (but not an issue as there are restaurants all around). The breakfast room is slightly small, so when it's full, you don't feel like you have the luxury of having a slow and relaxing breakfast - you feel like you have to rush so that you don't take up space that others need. But it is worth noting that we were there for the Easter weekend, so we suppose that the hotel was at full capacity

I stayed in Milan for one night, and my experience at the Atlantic Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Adriana, the bartender, who was exceptionally sweet and hospitable, making our time at the bar memorable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daniele & Giulia at front desk were sweet and friendly. The room was spotless, and the breakfast they provided was not only delicious but exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything was absolutely great.

We arrived about an hour before our check-in time. We hoped our room was ready for us but wasn’t expecting it to be, and so was ready to leave our bags in a safe place before exploring the city, however, our room WAS ready and we were very grateful to have been given an upgrade! The check-in staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. There was a personalised note and 2x chocolates on the bed when we arrived and a bag of pasta on our second night! The bar/lounge area was small but cosy. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on our first night. There were free bar snacks too! Again, the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t book breakfast with our room and instead opted to grab breakfast at one of the many cafes/restaurants nearby. The only downside to our room was the space in the bathroom. The toilet was squished between the bath and the bidet, which meant that we had to sit at an angle on the loo to avoid knocking our knees on the bidet! Location of the hotel was good - a stones throw from Central Station and a 30 min walk to the Duomo.

My girlfriend and I checked in late here as we flew into Milan for our trip and stayed here for one night, the room was very comfortable with lots of extras and the staff kindly organised a lovely decorated room and chocolates for her birthday on my request, we also received a free welcome drink and the location was very convenient, certainly worth the premium in price of staying close to the central station. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating allowing us to leave our bags there for a few hours after check out and allowing for a slightly late checkout for us free of charge. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Daniele and Julia looked after us well.

Can’t complain, the room we selected was compact but that was our choice to be honest, and for the price in central Milan it was expected.

The most outstanding aspect for me, by far, was the prime location of the hotel. It is situated extraordinarily close to the train station, a feature that I found to be incredibly convenient, especially being a frequent train traveller. The comfort of knowing that the station was just a stone's throw away helped me to focus on and enjoy my trip without any needless worrying about being late for trains or getting lost in a new city. Besides, this has proven to be more than just a location advantage, but a time-saving benefit that enhanced my overall experience

Personally, I found that the hotel could benefit from some renovation, particularly the bathroom area. Additionally, the standard of cleanliness was not as high as expected. 😕

C-hotels Atlantic was a great stay for my time in Milan. The hotel is super close to Milano Central station and there's a number of restaurants in the area too. Depending on how you want to get around, it's roughly 30 minutes from the Duomo and the popular shopping area. The staff at Atlantic were all extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The staff who checked me in were lovely (sorry I forget their names) as were the staff who checked me out, Jiulia and Daniel. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of amenities. The bathroom was impeccable and the climate control panel meant it was a comfortable stay in winter. The staff also cleared the minibar at my request before I checked in as I needed to store special food for a medical condition - in short, an amazing hotel!

Very nice stay experience. All the staff were very professional and happy to help the guests. They also gave us complimentary drinks. Special thanks to the lady who checked us in on the afternoon of July 16th, I'm so sorry I forgot her name. Thanks also to Ms. Ally at the front desk, she is a very nice and professional lady.Also, if you are traveling to Milan by car, this hotel is the best choice. They have an underground garage with very good security. We keep our cars inside and each garage has a separate steel door. The garage is spacious and SUV's can be parked easily. Our car was a Mercedes Benz Viano, which was still difficult to park because the vehicle is over 5 meters long, but with the help of the friendly staff we finally managed to park it. In addition, the hotel is close to Milan's train and subway stations, making it very easy to get around. Even the Milan Cathedral is not far to walk to, but due to the heat I ended up taking a bus or Uber.
