Very clean. Professional staff. Excellent security. Property was well located in an area where you could walk to several deferent locations for food, entertainment, and even convenience stores. Cafe on site opens at 7. So it’s a great choice for early risers.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool hours. They are from 9-9. I like swimming late night, but that’s more of my schedule conflicting with the pool hours and not so much the hotel.

I recently stayed at Baja Inn Hoteles Rio in Tijuana and was impressed by the exceptional food prepared by Chef (unfortunately, I don't remember his name). The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing his creativity and skill. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Tijuana! Rooms were clean and comfortable

No smoking points :( You must go out from the hotel to smoke. Very uncomfortable 😕

Daily sheet changing. I stayed two weeks and my sheets were changed daily. Some hotels won’t do that. I often switch beds in a hotel to sleep in clean bedding. The front spoke English. The staff was very helpful.

The cleaning staff sprayed bleach after they cleaned. That smelled lingered. The walls are thin. One morning I heard a guest vomit for a long time. I thought he was going to get really sick. Finally I heard him open his door, get on his motorcycle, and vroom away—all from my room. I heard a lot of stuff. The price was high. I intended to change hotels, but I decided to stay because I would have had to hire a taxi to get to the clinic.

Nice and clean the staff was really nice and professional the area is nice and safe and there are some shops around in case you need anything on your trip.

The beds are not comfortable so if you suffer from a bad back or body aches this is not the place for you. Would like a mini fridge to put some cold drinks away.

The bedrooms are very modern and nice.. Pool is at a good temperature, very family oriented,little restaurants and barilla inside were great.. Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night and the night shift manager immediately switched our rooms no questions asked.. Great check out time that gives us time to enjoy the pool and breakfast in the morning…

The place was nice and plenty of parking spaces.

We got an extremely noisy room, next to the Main Street and I quickly asked to be moved to a different location. The receptionist refused and she claimed that the hotel was all booked. I doubt it and then double checked with room service lady. She said she just finished cleaning many rooms on the quiet side (back side). I went back with a different receptionist and asked to please be moved and they refused. I few minutes later, they came back to my room and moved me.

The room it had everything what we needed. I like the style and the beds. I also like that the bathroom had a vent. Excellent customer service.

I'm not sure if it had an elevator, but we used the stairs since they're were In front.

Great location in the Zona Rio of Tijuana. It's a 5 minute walk to several good restaurants. Hotel room was clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. The hotel includes breakfast.

The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is close to the bar where I went. The staff was very polite.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The Staff are very reliable and friendly, as for the installations of the hotel its constantly innovations.
