The rooms, the staff, the comfort was top notch. Great home base while visiting family nearby. Close to everything, and wow on the breakfast. I could not understand why so many people commented on the amazing breakfast but it is the best. Think formal breakfast buffett with white china and tons of hot selections. Eggs of the day. And the home fries were a favorite. The breakfast team was amazing.

Nothing major because the staff took care of it but the AC and toilet stopped working on day 2 so they moved our room. There are some renovations happenings. But they keep out of the way.

The buffet breakfast was fabulous. There were so many options that I had completely different breakfasts every morning (for 3 days), and was sorry to leave because of it! Really good cheesy spinach eggs and potatoes. I was happy with the tea/coffee bar, as well. (I am a tea drinker and sometimes tea options, water temp, and milk options are sadly lacking -- not the case here!) I also appreciated that there was a water fountain just outside the breakfast area with a touchless, filtered water bottle station to fill large bottles. Overall I could see the employees working hard to keep everything clean, organized, and stocked. Good job and thank you!!

The room was large and was fine for one night. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that they had the heat on when we arrived. The TV had plenty of channels. The included breakfast was more than adequate (especially considering we stayed on Christmas Eve so the staffing was very limited). The only real probably was that the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. Therre were traces of toothpaste and makeup on the sink. Not a big deal, but they missed doing a more complete job.

What didn't we like... The room was nice and comfortable, big bathroom with great grab bars. the staff was Excellent and very helpful. the breakfast was Excellent the staff was very helpful and kind.

The family in the room next to ours they came in late about 7 to 8 pm and there child keep welling and jumping on the bed and hitting the wall but did finely settle down at about 9:30 - 10 o'clock PM.

This hotel is a hidden gem....the staff is very friendly and helpful.....our room was spacious, clean and comfortable...quiet....no noise. The breakfast was phenomenal.....huge buffet with bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast stix, juices, milk, coffee, fresh cut fruit... amazing!

The tv didn’t really have a lot of opinion for movies, The only part that was annoying is the elevator stoped at every single floor going up to the sixth floor and stopped at each floor to the lobby without anyone pushing any buttons and there was nobody on the floor pushing the button

For where I needed to be for work, the location was great. The breakfast was also some of the best hotel breakfast I've had.

I felt that the price of my room was a little steep for where I was and when I was going. My room's door was also unable to close completely without help from me.

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The hotel was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of parking.

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark because the hotel is set back from the highway and they did not have their sign on the highway illuminated. The night check in person was incredibly disorganised and could not keep a focus on what he was doing. He also swore a lot.

I called and asked for an early checkin in. Due to the favt I was coming innfrom out of state and had an commitment at 4. And they were able to do so with no issues. As like as it sounds. Made my stay so much easier and better. I was giving a bag of goodies at check. Which was also a nice surprise. The bed was so comfy and the room was warm. I already have dates set fir NYE. So I know I will be at a good place. Thank you again.

Kathleen (front desk) was a 5 star SUPER helpful person!!!! She helped guide us step by step with directions & tips on how to get my son to the Boston Marathon Drop Off location & get us on the train for the best spot to see him run near the finish line. Kathleen made the journey a lot less stressful! THANK YOU Kathleen & staff for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions & requests we had!!! Also breakfast was great! So many hearty options & perfect for an athlete that needs to fuel up. Excellent experience here!!!
