The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was very good. Most importantly Staff were welcoming and coureous. Special thanks to Housekeeping man who attended in a very responsive way to a few minor issues.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Great size room, bedding was clean, bed very comfortable plus additional pillows if required. Location was excellent with bus stop over the road which took us just around the corner from our destination Wembley arena. These run 24 hrs and arrive roughly every 10 minutes. On top of excellent price which included parking and breakfast we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was excellent with choice of hot and cold food as well as usual hot drinks and juices. We will definitely be using this hotel for future events. If you're looking for budget accommodation that ticks all the boxes then please 100% give these guys a go.

Rooms dated compared to main areas within hotel though this isn't enough by any means to ruin your stay. We will have to add what we didn't like now we've stayed is prior to arriving seeing the high number of negative comments following their stays. Reading them did worry us a bit but seeing what we have we can't agree with these and can't praise this place enough

Lovely stay, been here a few times now and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We were here 5 years ago whilst pregnant with my daughter and wanted to return with her! Staff remembered us and welcomed our 5 year old as if their own! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was really lovely! Bus stops right outside the hotel and a little tesco express to get anything you may have forgot! Great stay thank you x

The only thing we would have liked is the food in the restaurant as it was 5 years ago. They used to have so much choice and the combo was lovely. Unfortunately now they really only do pizza and chips! Apart from that we were very happy with our stay! 👍🫶

Cleaners are amazing. Always say good morning and hello. Standards are very high. Tracey is the most amazing friendly and helpful person you can meet. I have stayed over 3 months from an initial 3 days.. The grounds are so relaxing day or night. Squirrels and birds as well as the large park area to play footy or just sit on a bench and let the world go by. Kitchen and dining area are yours to use. Cook anything you want or use the washing machine. It's a place to get away from the fast life and just relax. Brilliant place.

This place is amazing you have to come to experience how calm and relaxing things can be so there is nothing I didn't like.

The room comes with a small fridge, kettle, and coffee. A budget friendly hotel close to Wembley Stadium.

The hotel feels outdated and old. There is no lift, which made it very difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs. We booked and paid for the breakfast buffet the day before, but when we arrived, it seemed like the kitchen was not informed. Nothing was prepared, and after waiting, they only cooked one set of English breakfast for me and my friends definitely not a buffet as advertised. Dissapointing.

The friendly staff made me feel very welcome, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was enjoyable, and although the room was small, it was quite comfortable.

The hotel’s location was easy to find since it’s on the main road, but there weren’t many shops nearby—it seems to be more of a residential area. It would be better if they allowed visitors. Because of the restrictions, my friends in London who came to see me couldn’t spend time with me at the hotel.

We were going to Wembley and this hotels location was great, a 30 minute walk to the stadium.The price was very decent considering it's in London, and it was free parking which is a huge bonus. The staff were friendly and the bar in the hotel was open to midnight with a TV for sports, very ideal!

It's not the hotels fault, but as it's shared bathrooms there were a few guests who were not very good with their "shared bathroom" etiquette, and there was a room that had a party until the early hours (but they were eventually ejected from the hotel after a few of the rooms put in complaints). Again though, those are things out of the hotels control as they can't account for how people behave.

Fantastic breakfast. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, toast, cereal, juice, fruit etc. Only a 650m walk to Tube Station. The lovely gentlemen at the desk allowed me to check in early which was very welcome after a long haul flights that arrived early. Nice to have a bathtub and also a very nice lounge to chill in with a beautiful mural scene of London. Also a Tesco shop next door with reasonably priced pre packed meals if you want something quick.

My bed was a little hard. The surrounding area is average.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good with a 15 minute walk to Harlsden Tube station. Parking is available around the back of the building which is free and reception will sort that for you. Rooms are spacious if a little dated but very clean. Overall I'd say 8/10

Rooms were a little dated and would benefit from a lick of paint, new carpets and fixing some of the broken fixtures within the room. Old random phone points in the bathroom, broken shaver socket and extractor fan.

Location was great, only 15 minutes from the station, easy to get to, and decent amount of shops nearby. Staff were all lovely people. breakfast was reasonable, unfortunately as two of us are vegetarians we weren't able to fully take advantage of it. Beer garden area was well kept, all common areas were clean and cosy :)

The hot water in our room's sink didn't work properly and would just dribble down the tap when we tried to use it, and the shower could have been a little cleaner.
